Review 1：Extreme friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Location right in the center of Citta della Pieve, two steps away from the Saturday market, still with a splendid and peaceful garden - lovely!

Review 2：Difficulty with parking but it was the Palio so very busy in the town. The shower was not in a good position and was over the bath but water flow & temperature OK.

Review 45：I would have liked a little more preparation for our time in thejacuzzi. We had to start everything ourselves with no instructions. Thewater was already up to temperature so that helped the situation. Ibelieve we were the only people that used it that day which could havealso been a factor.

The overall atmosphere was veryrelaxed and pleasant. We had dinner in the restaurant one evening of ourstay. The three course meal was amazing! The wait staff was veryprofessional and accommodating. Even though we spoke very little Italianwe had no issues. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in thearea. If not to stay as a guest then at least to try the food!

Review 47：Room temperature, it was incredibly warm inside. It was impossible to get to the hotel because of roadwork. Instructions beforehand where to go would have been helpful.

Review 49：Don't come at dark. Small town and well signed for hotel but at night you can't see those signs. Great restaurant at this hotel. Room nice and most reasonable of our trip. Staff poor at directions but otherwise great. Little English so trying to find the coin laundry mat got 4 totally different directions from the different staff over our two days there. It was a great laundry mat once we figured out it was right out of there gate down the first staircase to your parking lot then right out of lot and take the high road to right. Straight going around a round about on left on a small hill tucked up a little above main road you are on. Lavender or similar for laundry mat. Don't drive inside any walled city as far as I can figure. Historic and ticketed.

Review 50：While I rarely visit the same place twice, the Hotel Vannucci is the exception to the rule. This is the only place I stay when visiting the Umbrian/Tuscan region in Italy - surpassing my stay at the InterContinental de la Ville in Rome and the Plaza Athenee in Paris. Orlando ensures that your stay is not only pleasant but more than memorable with impeccable rooms, restaurant and bar. I have introduced all of my girlfriends to this hotel and they like me, are disappointed when it is time to leave. Apart from their amazing service and meals, they offer internet, parking, fitness center and a lovely pool. The hotel is set in a prime location in the heart of the town and is ideally situated where day trips to Sienna and The Mall, Reggello outlets (for those Fashionistas) are a must. If you stay, definitely visit the nearby Tenuta Corini vineyard in Montegabbione....certainly the best wine in the area - pairs well with the dining at the restaurant, a must visit/experience all around!

Review 51：We visited during Umbria Jazz festival. One of the bands was below our window, lucky for us the music was nice ;-) Breakfast was ok, but everything was very standard, no fresh coffee.

Review 52：Why only 3 stars for this hotel? It felt at least 4 star-luxury. Perfect room with two sofas for our kids. The best airco we had in italy (no noise, nice and cool), good beds. This is a hotel with a cosy, warm atmosphere, situated in the middle of Citta della Pieve. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Very nice to have a restaurant at the hotel. Very nice garden and (small) pool with use of towels. Ask for a parking space.

Review 54：The hotel has an high standard for the price. It is located at about 20 km from famous thermal sites as San Casciano and Chianciano. It is in the center of Città della Pieve, beautiful and historical town.

Review 55：Wonderful hotel just outside the city wall. Comfortable room, great breakfast, very nice staff. Citta' della Pieve is a small town with no major sites, but a great town to stroll around. No one spoke english in the 2 local restaurants, but it was a fun experience to see what we received - all delicious. We loved the town and the beautiful hotel.
