Review 1：Minor details should be looked into like soap dish in the shower had a loose screw causing the soap to fall off, Toilet doesnt have a hand jet. Balcony area in the 2nd floor did not have a coffee table where as they had chairs which was odd.

Review 2：Excellent place,beach touching property, the beach is clean,quiet and lots of things to do in the hotel as well. Has two Swimming pools.

Review 3：The beach was really amazing. The resort is about 40 minutes from the airport so it was convenient. Cocktail party for the guests on the Sat night was a nice touch. Room was very comfortable and located next to the stunning pool.

Review 4：Rooms are not maintained clean, on check-in to room we see cockroach on side table.Beds/linen etc need to be dry and clean, we had to ask to get it changed many times. Location of beach was very disappointing as no star property will leave water clogged right in front of their beach access, dont expect this from star property.

Review 24：The rooms are a bit old and you can see that they aren't value for money. The bathroom door frame was very old and rotting in places. The decor of a strange light that looks like a sword and armour is a bit 90's. The size of the room is good though.

Review 25：It was our second time - you can't beat a hotel with a huge meandering pool with its own waterfall, and a beach, and a huge breakfast. Service is great too- the housekeeping and room service are both great.

Review 29：Staff is way too rude! Right from the valet, restaurant and even when you call room service. Valet is not bothered and infact twice gave me keys to get the car from parking myself. Theirs a buggy guy who shows so much attitude that he does a favor on u that he is giving u a ride and super rude. We reached restaurant 10.45 pm and asked cover charge for the buffet immediately the one incharge says its 1300++ and u have just 15mins to finish n eat what u can. So we did not! Called in room dining exactly at 11pm and he again is very rude puts the phone down n all stuff saying we have to call from night menu cannot get other food. However this melodrama they wasted half n hr but thanks to the guy guess duty manager who helped us out getting some from our choice. We infact wanted to extend our stay so the guy who checked us inn we had asked him to get back with rates but he never did. Even when he met us in evening he said next he would but never did. Same guy checks us out without mention or apology of this with no guilt that he did not revert. All the staff only will keep staring at u with no greetings whatsoever unlike last time when we stayed marriot who has amezing staff.

Review 30：They have a deal with local cab service providers not to enter their hotel area as their own cab services which are expensive will not be taken that is u fair...v wanted to rent a self driven car and he said they cannot come to this hotel area as they have restricted outside service people... For the price v paid at this hotel it wasn't worth the money...TV channels weren't great very small package they had...

Review 50：On the day of arrival we didn't get all the amenities in the room like slippers, dental kit etc. That was provided on the second day. It can get really difficult to find bikes or car on rent around this resort as there is only one place that gives vehicle on rent which is very expensive. The nearest place we were told that we could find vehicles on rent was colva... that is around 10 km from this place. Local taxis are extremely expensive. Besides the breakfast, all the restaurants in the resort served average and expensive food. There was no value for money in terms of food

Review 51：The location and the comfort of the hotel was great. It has a private beach kinda stuff which is the best thing. The staff was friendly. Facilities were good. The breakfast was lavish. And what we really enjoyed there was the experience of casino. Its not the best casino in town by a long shot...infact its probably the saddest looking casino, but if you are new to the world of gambling this place is apt as you can play with lesser amount of money and learn the game and tricks to the t.

They even tried to question the usage of outside taxi which is none of their business. As guests we do not sign a contract to use the hotel taxi. Our card payment was rapidly processed and it was not explained to us that we had a choice of currency to which we could make the payment. It appears that we paid in GBP exchanged at a very poor local rate. Together with a variety of local taxes we paid £400 pounds more than was indicated on out voucher. Is there anything we can do about this??

Review 101：The shop in the lobby - i bought sunscreen from the lobby shop and got burnt to a crisp using the Nivea 50+, it obviously wasn't 50+, and I paid 750Rs for it! The WIFI was terrible, it was forever cutting out and you had to log in everytime. No poolside service which you usually get at resorts so you had to go to the Blue Lagoon if you wanted a drink or snack. A little remote so access to other restaurants etc for evening meals makes it a little difficult - we tried the 2 out the front of the reort and they were ok. The shacks along hte beach are good for lunch too.

Taxi was very very very expensive (7000 inr for 6 Hours, 80kms), I had requested for a double bed, but they had joined two singlebeds - uncomfortable.

Review 108：What a brilliant find. The hotel is sprawling with gorgeous lawns, a fabulous swimming pool (that's an understatement) and lives true to its promise of pristine white sands... The beach is beautiful, clean, gloriously white, undisturbed and not crowded. One can wax eloquent about the hotel but a lot of credit goes to the fabulous staff, right from the time we checked in where we were greeted by the very charming Ishika who made our holiday truly amazing. welcomed every morning by the ever smiling Khalid and Elvis at the cafe, served happily - amazing long island ice teas and phenomenal Lime Margaritas by Badal and Charles at the poolside. entertained by the jack of all trades Elvis (!). Hats off to Nandita and Shilpa from the kids room who kept our son entertained for hours ....so much so that he wanted to spend pretty much every day right at the kids room with them. All the other nameless staff need a special mention, every need catered for and always a smile and a happy hello when one passed them on the way... On beach holidays we spend most of our time bumming on the beach.... this time around we were conflicted on where to spend our time .... by the beach or the poolside. Each place gorgeous. A must visit .... Fins restaurant by the beach... to die for Grilled Lobsters by Chef Vidhya... Two thumbs up for Zuri resorts and must on every travelers (with children) bucket list.

Review 109：Limited options for dining esp. for vegetarians. Connectivity to other parts of city, should have some more options for tourist who wants to do local Goan sightseeing.

Review 115：Cab service over there is a big issue, outside cabs are not allowed and the service they provide inside is very expensive. The rate card they have doesn't make sense are for same place they can charge different depending on where you are going (night club or beach). Also all the popular beach destinations are not that close, so if one wants to go outside then cabs are only option. Other thing is not many eating options inside the resort

Review 116：Awesome resort, very nice place. A lot of stuff to do inside itself. The beach is really beautiful and very few people there so one can enjoy a lot. Pool is a nice place to relax and chill and pool side cafe is awesome.

If one comes during the peakseason, one may see the luggage lined up for metres, and the large lobbyfully occupied, due to inefficient staff, who are uninformed, can'ttake quick decisions. We haven't experienced such an inefficientcheck in process anywhere across the world or even in India.PLEASE NOTE that the hotel staff is UNAWARE of free late check out offer by booking.com for its 'geniuses'. I had to negotiate throughout my stay of two nights, and finally got them to agree upon checkout time of 1330, when it was clearly written 1400 by booking.com. Their defence being, that there was a communication problem with booking.com and us. Please crosscheck any commitments the staff makes. Room air conditioning was also faulty, and had to be repaired for about 1.5 hour. However, the staff was helpful regarding the same. There are no changing rooms, towels near the beech, and must be brought from the pool, which is about 400m away.

Review 122：The pool, swim up bar, lush green gardens, beautiful beach. The hotel isspread over a huge area. However, do visit preferrably during october tomay, else 3-4 restaurants will be closed, including all near the beach.Moreover, there will be no water sports. Food is good, with many choicesin the buffet. Wifi speeds are good enough depending on when you use, iedownlink of 4-5 and uplink of 7-8 mbps. There are two pools, one ofwhich is a large meandering pool.

Review 136：A taxi mafia operates in the hotel with exhorbitant rates customers have no option other than avail hotel taxi which is nothing but open loot unless controlled pl do not recommend this hotel to any tourist.just 10 km taxi fare is 2200 Rs.
