Review 1：I wish they had more information about the area they are in or May be at least one person who could speak and understands English.

Review 2：It's a nice hotel for a short time stay I just had hard time expressing myself because not many English speakers. But it was a good place if you like mountain living.

Review 11：Amazing hotel. Pictures are very accurate. Rooms where beautiful and all had views to the mountains. Restaurant was excellent. All staff where good at English. Restaurant was excellent and so was breakfast.

Review 12：The negative note that left a bad taste to the stay was the man who checked us in and out. He was anything but friendly and seemed annoyed to have to speak English. He gave us no information on arrival and barely said anything when we left. Luckily for the hotel the rest of the staff is brilliant and very attentive. The 10 am check out was a bit too early for our liking.
