Review 1：First of all, the owners and staff at the hotel are absolutely the best, welcoming, interesting and helpful. Villa Rosa is right on the lake, and has a very pretty garden. The area is quiet, pleasant, and the lake is beautiful. The food is delicious. Everything was excellent.

Review 2：We would have liked to use the outdoor hot tub in the evening when we returned from our work, even though the weather was cool. It was disappointing to hear it was closed up in the evening.

Review 4：Very bad smell in the room that apparently comes from the bathroom. seems like the plumbing is old, Something that was very disturbing for us. Breakfast was basically not bad, but some of the products during several days where not fresh. At the checkout we suddenly realized that the private parking is not free and we had to pay extra 8 euro per day. Unfortunately the owner didn't think it is something that worth mentioning. Pay attention to the small letters in booking.com

Review 7：Staff is very helpful and would like to make your stay as best as possible. Hotel has its own private beach and a decent pool as well.

Review 8：The food was tasteless and watery. Im a hungarian and I was ashaimed in front of my swedish friends. Breakfast was poor. The beds were very hard and had no madress sheets. The landlord could easily go to IKEA and bye top madrasses for the beds.

Review 13：Great for a young family and able walkers to get to local facilities although public transport is available for those less able. Pool closed earlier than we would have liked (6pm) however, with the lake being only the other side of the villa, water lovers can still enjoy a dip.

Review 14：Home made Hungarian food was spot on; high quality yet reasonable price. The owner went out of his way to help, i.e. phone for taxis, always asking how we were and loaning bicycles. There was easy access to the lake through a beautifully maintained garden. There are several family areas within walking distance. All of the staff were helpful in anything that we asked. Review 22：Location is totally unsuited for people WITHOUT a car or at least a bicycle.... The hotel is NOT in Zamardi itself but in FELSÖ Zamardi which is off the beaten track. The owner showed his generosity by picking us up from Siófok and dropping us off at the railway station in Zamardi. For location I would definitely choose another accommodation in the area!

We were surprised to hear upon arrival that we would have to take the evening meal as there was nothing else open anymore in this area due to the Summer Season closing..... The cook prepared two nice main meals...but I would not call it a Buffet! Breakfast was rather miserable...same, same and bread not fresh!

Review 24：Zeer gastvrij en attent.Uitermate gezlellig en vriendelijk familiehotel. De eigemaars doen hun uiterste best, service is fantastisch. Een ideale locatie om tot rust te komen en te genieten van de omgeving. Wij hebben hier enorm genoten !!
