Review 1：We had asked for a shuttle from and to the airport as had been advertised, but not available. We had asked for a ground floor room as we have joint problems, not available. Poor choice of breakfast. Staff never smiled. No covers on cheap duvets.

Review 3：First like to mention the excellent breakfast at Albergo dei Pini, something out of the ordinary in Italy. Friendly staff, good beds, excellent facilities and at a short walk to the towns center.
Review 4：Hotel dei Pini is located right downtown. A good location if one wishes to stop and visit downtown. Our plan was to stay one night. We arrived in the middle of city festivity with road blocks pedestrian islands around the hotel. A bit of a surprise, but thanks to city police and hotel staff we were helped to the on site parking and the hotel. We received an apology for the access restriction we had on our way and much help to make our night a good night. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast based on local products.
