Review 1：Hot tub was advertised but not there and they didn't even know what it was. There was no iron available at the hotel. Bar was empty. Phone in the room doesn't call reception. No info in the rooms for room service.

Review 2：It was comfortable and was ok for the price we paid. Reception guys where helpful with wifi.

Review 3：&Quot;Weird" smell in the room (old cigarette or products, Idon't know), so I had to open the window for a while. It was then abit noisy (but it was all fine with closed window, except for thesmell). I didn't feel like asking to change rooms at the receptionbecause I didn't want to annoy the person there, and I was so tiredof my long travel (10-hour-drive) that I just wanted to lay on the bedand sleep!Conditioned air didn't work. Decoration a bit old. Everything was clean, but looked old, 80s style. Some people may like it though.

Review 4：Great staff!!! I arrived in the evening and the man at the receptioncould speak very good English. He was very nice and friendly, as well asthe lady who was there in the morning.Breakfast was really good, ham, cheese, yoghurts, fruits, bread, eggs... nothing was missing and excellent coffee :) Cherry on the cake : jacuzzi bathtub (even though I hadn't booked it!!!)

Review 6：A rare place that looks better than the pictures. Spotlessly clean & a comfy bed. Staff were friendly & helpful without being in-your-face. Breakfast was decent & ample. Bathroom was bigger & comfier than the bedroom of many places I've stayed in. It's not 5-star but is very good for what it is. Would stay here again any time.

Review 52：Had a little trouble finding the hotel. Bathroom was not as clean as it should have been, and the stained fitted carpet in the room was really not acceptable. Decor and bed covers rather dated. The street view from our room was spoilt by a rather untidy bin opposite!

Review 55：Receptionist was very friendly and helpful on our arrival - spoke very good English. Check-in was speedy and uncomplicated. Info about the city was good and the hotel car park was right behind the building. The hotel is very close to the city centre and that is a great advantage.

Call personal inchrge, comes inmediatly, but he could only manage to close the water. Itneeds a technician, so I have to sleep with no air conditioned inmidsommer. I went there only for a few hours of sleep, but could not bethis time.

That made the stay unpleasant. Also they promise parking yet they have only a very small garage in which was parked several of their vehicles leaving little room for guests.

Review 65：The air conditioner was not working in the hotel and temp outside was inthe 80's F. Very uncomfortable.We booked deluxe room w/balcony which was suppose to be larger than regular room. Was given a double with no balcony, and room was small. Because of no AC, we left the window open to sleep, but the street noise was overwhelming, and the bright light from the hotel entrance shined into our room until late into the night.
