Review 1：It should not be rated as regular hotels or regular BBs. it is like a hostel. lets say good hostel, but thats it. if you are going with a family, first of all, it is loud around, you can hear everything from door. the bathroom was outside the room. the room was cold, eventhough we tried to heat and the internet was poor. at the end mostly student type of people coming and going and after staying in Italy so many BBs , this was the worst one comparing to the money we gave.

Review 2：It is clean and nicely decorated. Close to Gardaland, but it is in a town that is not so attractive.

Review 3：They are very Helpful and easy to Approach...we arrived late with 2 young children but they accomodate us very well! the Breakfast is Good and we eat a lot, for the Price..you could not ask for more! and the Location, very near to the Restaurants, Lake and Specialy to Gardaland for those who has Children...we would like to come again! Keep up the Good job Guys...

Review 4：It's a good thing we're not that tall, because the ceiling was quite low in some places and the beds are quite small.

Review 5：The staff were super friendly. Both Pietro and Giulio did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was good, location was great (bring a car - there are some lovely little towns that can be reached within 10 to 20 minutes). The atmosphere was wonderful, thanks again!

Review 9：The lake is about 3 km from the hotel. So, if you don't like long distance walking you'd better have a car.

Review 11：.Breakfast is very poor, the first morning we had bread for breakfast, and the next morning we had to pay for bread, even though it was written on the booking that breakfast is free and there is no mention that the bread is extra.
