Review 1：The rooms can be kept a little bit more cleaner by providing room cleaning services everyday. Also the breakfast can have a little bit more options to make the experience more satisfying.

Review 2：The location of the resort is excellent, just 2-3 mins walking from Fatrade beach (clean and less crowded beach, good for relaxing), all the basic necessity items are available at a nearby supermarket which is within a walking distance from the resort. Overall value for money is pretty good considering it's location.

Review 3：Early closing of swimming pool. Normally in all hotels the pool will open till 09pm but here they close early at 6pm

Review 5：Staff are showing attitude and not giving any responsible answer regarding cleaning of room. in the charges they do not have a standard rates. They try to exploit the guest with extra money. dogs in side the hotel campus are irritating.

Review 26：The resort was pathetic visited 1st week of October 13. 1. Once you enter your room nobody will ask you whatsoever, there is no internal phones you could talk for any type service. 2. Once we enter the room need to close the nose as to save ourselves from insecticide sprayed for the bed bugs. 3. Room AC will make noise of generator, you feel as if you are sleeping in the generator room. 4. There Dogs everywhere will not allow you to enter your rooms, not allow you to sleep in the night, sitting front of your doors. 5. 8-10 lt one bucket and 1 mug is only provided for your entire family, and they don’t have policy to send the Newspaper to your room and you won’t get anywhere nearby, you need to order it and again we need to go and read in the reception. 6. Restaurant is pathetic and too expensive, one tea with toast 100 Rs!,not seen Single person using the restaurant facility. 7. If you don’t have 4 wheeler never go this place. 8. They offer you complimentary breakfast 1 tea+toast that’s all other item you need pay and 1 omlet cost you 75-100 Rs. 9. You have your surprise guest around your rooms, snakes. 10. Very dirty surrondings 11. Now it’s upto people to take the risk after reading this.

Review 27：I stayed alone so for a single person the room was too big. No airtel network at all. No intercoms in the room in case of emergency. The power kept going, I wanted to contact the reception but could not. Was unwell and wanted some medicine but due to non availability of an intercom I could not. As the it was pouring outside I could not physically get up and go to the reception.

Review 29：When making the booking wifi was mentioned in the facilities but whenchecked in I was told that they never ever had it. Since I was onbusiness it was rather unfortunate. Also mobile phone networkcoverage was rather poor. The toilet had no light and a fresh toiletroll was in place.
