Review 1：We have booked this hotel because Vipiteno is so close to the Brennermotorway on our way to Germany. Unfortunately we have been quitedisappointed by this hotel which does not deserves at all its officialrating. Check in in the mid afternoon (around 4,30 pm) was a nightmarebecause the hotel shows an address impossible to reach by car because isin apedestrian area. We had to ring many times to the Hotel before thatsomebody answered and gave us a different address, which finally worked.No luggage service at check in and at check out. At check in we had towait for about 30 minutes before somebody had the courage to inform theproprietor that there was a new arrival. Reception is just a small deskinside a public bar / bistrot open to the public (I guess is thesame cash pint of the bar). There was a local fest on Sunday 13th andevrywhere you could see mountains of dirty crockery, cups and flatware.The proprietor neither apologized, neither ask for our identity card orpassport as legally prescripted in Italy. Not a single information wasgiven, only the key of the room, which was in an adiacent building goingout from the bar/bistrot/reception in a passage and opening anelectrically locked door on the other side of the same passage. Our roomwas large but forniture and decoration were just outdated and shabby(one sofa had two cushions in a different colour and tissue from thesofa itself). Another disappointment was the bathroom: no amenitties atall neither a bar of soap, but only bottles of cheep liquid soap halffull and already on use for the previous guests. No tissues, nothing.The glass box of the shower was leaking so much water that we had to usesome towels to dry the floor. The room had no view at all and lightingwas miserable as well. Also bath linen and sheets were of cheep quality.Quality of bedding was okay for one night.

Review 2：I received my modified booking email from booking.com including two people for two nights for 180 euros, but when paying was told that the cost was 320 euros. Apparently, when I changed the booking from one to two guests, the price ought to have changed. I was not informed until I paid and when I called booking.com, was told that I had to pay the higher fare. I felt cheated. The hotel is not worth 320 euros for two nights.

Review 3：Feeling cheated by booking.com made the whole experience very negative. I asked for a refund of the 140 extra euros I spent, but was told that it was my error not to expect to pay more than the 180 euros, which made no sense to me.

Review 5：L'hotel in pieno centro con ristorante, pasticceria ptopria e oarcheggio privato é il pisto migliore per passare qualche giorno a Vipiteno. Dopo la chiusura dei negozi, il centro si svuota e quindi si dorme tranquillamente. La colazione non lascia nulla a desiderare. C'é di tutto e di più. Il ristorante offre piatti tipici locali e internazionali. Sono curati ed equilibrati. Per noi un posto dove tornare regolarmente
