Review 1：Room was not clean, toilet paper reminds you of public toilet. Bedding outdated the blankets threadbare. Bedding stained. Dust & dead flies. Dirty grout in bathroom. Kids worried about bed bugs. Door opened in the night - need to push hard to close securely. Globe above mirror flashes and needs changing. Internet impossible to connect to, we gave up and lived without it......oh, and smelly towels.

Review 3：It's comfortable, clean and has free WiFi. The TV works well is is a great size. The operator is very easy going and very friendly. Always happy for a chat. We all thought it was amazing value for money.

Review 5：There was a hole in the roof with something sticking out of it. Very very dated . Sofa bed should just be dropped off at the tip. i realise it was Xmas holidays but the price was ridiculous for what you got . Would not recommend

Review 12：The only thing we wonder about what is the point of a microwave with no bowl and toaster with no plates,knifes and forks to eat your meal. We carry the basics and would like these things in the room.
Review 13：Had to have an upstairs room and as I have several more business trips to Portland will not be using again. As I had stayed there before and service was so different because I had booked direct. I honestly felt the owner was not impressed because I had booked on line. Anyway his loss wont be there every month from now on someone else will get my business.

Review 18：Greg the Motelier was terrific. He called me when he realised that I was running late. Made special effort to make arrangements (at a cost to him) for me to access the motel room after hours. Followed my instructions to make Wi-Fi available as promised (I needed to work through the night on a VOIP international conference connection). No hitches.

Sign on Office door stating they were fully booked. Strange - only saw our car plus owners.

Review 69：They need to check regularly that the pump packs of conditioner, shampoo and body lotion are filled regularly. The room we were in had no conditioner or body lotion. Could a photocopied sign, where the bench for the 'kitchen' is, tell you that the toaster and tea\coffee things are in the cupboard under the T.V.? Many of us do not read the compendium until we have settled in. We were on the bottom floor so during the night could hear people in the room above going to the toilet and the noise of the plumbing.
