Hotel Berghof sells fast on our site. Only 2.2 miles away from the lifts at the Wilder Kaiser/Brixental Ski Resort, Hotel Berghof offers a spa and a sunbathing terrace. It also has a restaurant, and in winter its own après-ski bar.

Review 1：We had an horrible experience with the Berghof Reception. This hotel should be rated 0.0

Review 2：Nothing. The representative of the Berghof reception was rude to us and rejected our request to get the rooms as booked via Booking.com. The reception told us we decide the rooms you will get not Booking.com.

Review 3：Except for the owners of the hotel that were very nice, the rest of the staff were aphetic. Especially one waiter who has bad attitude to all the guests from what we saw. We did not like the fact that there is no wifi in the room.

Review 9：We were a group of 4 people (two pairs) and we booked 2 separate rooms.At arrival they gave us superior room, which means something like anapartment - two rooms with only one bathroom and separate wc. Since weare four people and we paid for two rooms with two separate bathroomsand toilets we asked the stuff for two separate rooms. This was notpossible and we were threated really rough – they told us that the hotelwas overbooked and if we want two people can stay in this hotel and theother two can go to another hotel – of course this was not an option forus. They also told us that they are overbooked and around 15 peopleshould stay in another hotel – for me this is an awful excuse – whowould like to go to another hotel if you paid for this one. At the endthey were “so generous” that they gave us 20% discount per night perperson – but hey how did they calculated this price: the room price was140 eur, which means per person per night is 70 euros, from this pricethey subtracted the price for the breakfast and the spa (which are notbooked separately, I.e we could not book the room without the spa andthe breakfast) and from the 23 euros left they gave us 20% discountwhich was calculated to 4 euros per night per person. This was reallyridiculous!!! We paid 140 euros per night per room to get a room withits own bath and wc – and at the end we received something totallydifferent. This is not acceptable for a 4 stars hotel. Reallydisappointed from the stuff and the rude attitude and the way theytalked to us.

Review 11：Go for the money. They ask Eur 60,-- for changing a data?? Eur 5,-- a day for wifi on your room Eur 2,-- a day for a safe. Renovated prices for not renovated rooms. And last but not least a 2% fee for paying with pin. They prefer cash!

Review 15：A separate bedroom would have been nice (sleeping areas were separated by windowed sliding doors - we had 6 of us in one room). A pool or hot tub would be a super addition to the spa area. Free water in the lobby would be great. My 6 year old needed a quick drink on our way out and I had to buy a drink for her. But really these are picky things - we were very happy with our stay!

Review 16：Extremely clean. Beautiful decor. AMAZING breakfast!!! (Organic tea bar, omelet station, smoked salmon, prosecco and on and on! And it's included). Nothing was too much trouble for Philip. Even found us a babysitter on 2 hours notice.

Review 17：The manager had double booked our room, it turns out talking to the staff that this happens a lot. We were put in a hotel about 30 minutes away that was very poor for two nights then moved back for the remaining three nights. The manager tried to charge us the full price for all five nights, he wasn't apologetic and acted as if it was our fault. We managed to get 400€ off but that didn't really cover it. I would never stay there again unless they changed management.

Review 34：Its a little bit away from the main ski area of söll so you have to take the ski bus which is a little infrequent. But this may be more of a positive for some people. Ideal if you want to go skl and avoid the apres ski madness.

Review 35：Bet hotel Ive stayed in Austria. We had a two bedroom apartment and it was just huge. V comfortable great facilitys - beautiful views of the mountains. Staff were so friendly and the hotel was spotless. Had a happy hour with 2 for 1 drinks in the bar. Didnt use the spa facilitys but were were allowed to use the showers after our last day on the slope after we checked out. Oh the breakfast is just amazing. AMAZING best ive ever had in austria.

Review 36：The location is good in terms of ski resorts reach, however it is quite hard to find a hotel if you travel by car, because it is not located in Söll itself, but in a small village close to it. Thus it is also quite far from all bars/entertainment places of Söll and Scheffau.

Review 37：Overall the hotel makes an impression of quite a new one or recently renovated, everything is clean and nicely decorated; big sauna area with multiple saunas and relaxation rooms; great variety of food for breakfast.
