Review 2：We were told that the facility is new but all fittings under electrical, furnishing and sanitary are pretty bad. Some broken or left unattended. This needs a serious change but overall its great. Location, warmth, cleanliness, value for money. ..

Review 8：It 5 min walk to beach. Room are big and clean. Staff is very gentle (not so common in India). It was ok for the money. Its quite away from all classical goa resorts so you could really rest. At the beach entrance great restaurant chat. We eat for 6 day enjoing great cooking.

Review 11：The bed was not pure enough. For the money (rs 6,000 per day) preferablydaily exchange of bed and of a higher quality. The towels were withholes. There are no programs in Russian-the language that createsinconveniences for Russian-speaking tourists. The prices of food areunreasonably high, therefore the nearby cafes serve tourists and thehotel and have a good profit. This speaks to the fact that the managersof the hotel are not interested in expanding the sources of profits ofthe hotel.
Review 12：The hotel is well organized throughput mode. Green plantations pleasingto the eye. The head-track, if you wish, since you can punish the dish,for example omelet, without additional payment. To visit the beachprovide for bedding big towels. Staff friendly.
