Review 8：One of the guys in concierge, his name escapes me, was amazing and ensured every bit of our 3 night 10th anniversary was unforgettable. He arranged 2 tickets for an open air piano concert in Ravelo on the 2nd night which I would never have known about. The setting was stunning with the bay as a back drop, the concert was fabulous and very Romantic. As for the hotel, it was a beautiful place with stunning views. Would highly recommend it.

Review 17：I wanted to stay at this hotel from the moment I first saw it on theinternet a few years ago and it didn't disappoint. Everything wasperfect from the moment we walked through the doors to the moment weleft. The staff were lovely and went out of their way to help us. Ourrooms were large and the beds very comfortable. The food, breakfast,lunch and dinner were all delicious with an amazing selection. I wouldabsolutely stay here again!

Review 18：There were no bad experiences. Only suggestion is that the staff at the pool, who are very good, could be just a little more quickly off the mark when they see you need to change the sun umbrella or angle of your sun bed or offer lunch or snack menus. it's only a small point.

When I asked at the desk, a younger man told me I would have to drive to Salerno to change them (2.5 hours). Later I asked another older gentleman behind the desk and he did it, saving me 2 hours of my holiday time. I very much appreciate the older man.
