Villa Il Crocicchio sells fast on our site. A fully restored ancient farmhouse, set among vineyards and olive groves; the ideal location for a relaxing holiday in an authentic Tuscan atmosphere.
Situated at the foot of the Tuscan Appennino Mountains, the apartments lie close to the beautiful cities of Florence, Arezzo and Siena, so you can enjoy these world famous centres of art and culture, whilst staying in tranquil and picturesque surroundings.
The residence offers a variety of activities for adults and children including the outside swimming pool and children playground. In the daytime, adults and children can enjoy the various activities offered by the villa, such as mountain-biking, volley-ball, or simply relaxing in the garden.
In spring and summer light lunches, salads and sandwiches are sold at the bar, which occasionally hosts piano evenings.
And to make sure you never forget your stay, you can take home some of the local produce, made on the farm itself including white and red wine, vinsanto, eau de vie and virgin olive oil.

Review 1：The personal touch, the food, the setting, the comfort, the pool - we liked everything! My adult daughter and I were traveling together. The stay at Villa Il Crocicchio was the highlight of a truly wonderful 12-day trip.

Review 6：The actual layout of the room was different than the picture adevertised on the booking.com. However, with a small extra charge they have agreed to change / upgrade the room.

Review 7：It is located 20 km away from Firenze so it may be a bit tiring to drive back every day from trips to Firenze or aroud. However, the view, fresh air, excellent temperature and very good 4 courses dinners compensated for the trips.

Review 8：Unfortunately the restaurant that before made our experience hereexceptional, has been closed. They served a fixed menu with a fewoptions, there was no match with the way it was.We hope the management will re-think of it, because Agri-Tourism is a combi of location and home made food, fresh and rural, this is what you should expect from such a place. Overall though it is a very nice place and still worth every Euro.

Review 9：We have been several times in this "Agritourism" and thelocation is wonderful. The staff is very kind and always availableto stretch.The rooms are equipped with a kitchen if planning to stay longer and visit the area it might be useful to keep the budget on track, though being in Tuscany there are fabulous family managed restaurants within reach by car, why should you save on that? :) A swimming pool and a lovely garden are a nice plus. Parking available and a car a must.

Review 10：I only have a few comments regarding my stay, more recommendations than dislikes. More fruit or yougart at breakfast would be good...and maybe even just one English speaking channel on the TV would also be good, most of the guests seemed to be either American or English speaking, however, they only had Italian speaking channels.

Review 11：The accomodation felt like it may have been a large farmhouse at some stage, & is surrounded by vinyards, it is quite rural, and not easy to find the first time you arrive....it sits up country lanes, it feels typically Italian in all respects. It is very beautiful, quite serene. The owners must care very much for this small business, the entrance & walkways are filled with large planted terracotta pots growing lemons & limes, the public areas are exceptionally well kept... The restaurant has a rustic Tuscan feel & apprearance, the menu was excellent, the food was thoughtful & well prepared, the staff are all very welcoming. Some nights they have live music in the restaurant area. The villa was busy,full of visitors, people really were entertained & seemed to enjoy the music very much. I would expect that for some of the visitors passing through, it may have been a highlight of their holiday. The rooms are quite basic, but have everthing you may need, toiletries are provided in the bathroom, extra blankets if you are chilly, and the bed was very comfortable.
