Review 1：A bit of a walk from town (15-20 minutes from central square).
Review 2：Nice breakfast buffet, huge rooms and beds. Nice bathroom and toiletries. There's a supermarket next store if you need snacks.
Review 3：a walking distance to the city Centrum was estimated 0,9 km but it was twice longer, 1,8 km!

Review 16：The room is not as fancy as it appears on the pictures. Furniture is old and the overall design of the room is old. I think this is the case for Italian hotels, no need to blame the hotel.

Review 18：A bit of a walk (20 minutes) from center of Bra. Could not control temperature or fan speed on the AC unit in the room; it seemed to be preset to a comfortable but not extremely cool temperature.

Review 20：The first night I was there, the electricity shut down in my part of the hotel and the internet was completely inaccessible for the rest of my stay. This would not have been a problem except that I was completely reliant on both things for connecting with my university after my stay. What made it worse was that I was billed for my entire stay despite the fact that I went without electricity and internet for two days and couldn't see past my nose after 18:00. I just felt that they could have been a bit more accommodating in that regard, either by switching me to a room where the electricity was functional or by comping me a night or something for the inconvenience.
Review 21：The Hotel, setting, views and location were all fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful and make you feel really welcome. Very clean and well appointed double room with free WIFI and breakfast.
