Review 1：We stayed over the New Year. The hotel staff were powerless to stop people playing amplified music and shouting until late at night (After 1 am on NY Day and after 11 pm on the other evenings). The resort was full and not all restaurant facilities were available, so we ate at the Bullring once - which was good, though service was slow due to sheer numbers of diners. Bed sheets had been mouldy at some point and looked bad, they were not changed over our 3-night stay and no card was provided in the room to request bedding change. Stayed here due to previous experience staying outside of school holidays. Unlikely to stay here again.

Review 2：Spa bath good, the water pressure in the Siesta is the highest we have ever encountered anywhere.

Review 3：The indoor and outdoor pool areas are wonderful, the kids had an absolute ball. The family room was a little dated but spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We just had a drink at the restaurant however the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely return.

Review 4：I really didn't like people kicking a ball around outside our room (right next to our car) and throwing balls right across the pool area and high into the air without controlling where it landed. I ended up leaving the pool and I would have appreciated staff intervening to keep the area safe and comfortable. We stayed twice - the first visit was great, the return trip slightly less so but it was after xmas and very busy. Generally speaking though, it was great value for money.

Review 8：All the advertising shows the pool, but very few rooms overlook it, most look into the car park. Bed was hard and the decor a little dated. No temp limiter on the shower, so need to be very careful with small kids. Had to wear a band to use the pool, and they want $40 to replace the band if you lose it. Although the pool is great, overall the place is average value for money.

Review 9：The pool is awesome, a real standout feature of the property. Rooms are massive, good sized tv. Rooms have fridge, kettle, toaster, decent sized shower. Good location if you want to stay in Lavington, but it's not close to downtown Albury.

Review 10：Money for accomodation was taken from account before leaving when we wanted to put stay on a different card. Also blinds let in light in the morning meaning kids woke up early curtains were better.

Review 12：Other facilities badly need upgrading ie games room is a joke , playground sad , new clubs for mini golf Dinner at bullring was amazing (staff a bit jaded ? ) but the buffet at the cantina was disappointing Yummy chicken Kiev but poor and limited choice -salads and dessert not too fresh and mostly gone by 730 Overall had a great time here but room for improvement ps a few simple things in the 2 bed suite would help including a drying rack for wet bathers and towels and a broom

Review 14：Everything! Room, facilities, spacious and affordable. Gym overlooking the pool was a win. I can go on and on! Free windscreen clean after a long drive. Amazed!

Review 15：Towels had seen better days and there were not enough of them. Pool area attracts groups of young people and adults drinking outside so the whole area can be very noisy during evening. It calmed down by 11. Would not consider this for a romantic trip but good for a group. Getting into and out of the spa bath to have a shower with water spraying the floor is not ideal. I would consider this a 3.5* property.

Review 16：Stayed with a group for nearby sports tournament. Room was very comfortable although bathroom could do with an update. Check in/out was quick. Location quiet but with good road links. Would make a good family stopover to cool off the kids in the pool.

Review 17：I don't normally stay in places like this as i think a cabin in a caravan park is much better value (whole cabin with full kitchen facilities for $110/night). I stayed here as I was part of a team and found it pretty good but not my cup of tea. The pool is fantastic for the kids :)

Review 18：I booked online for a room for 3 people. Got to the hotel was told it was booked for 2 people. So staff told us we had to pay a extra $20, it wasn't the money it was the prince able l feel the fault was with there booking company but at my expense. I feel that on good will they should have worn the cost. But they didn't just told me it was my fault. On that note l wouldnt go back. Bad luck if they where booked out on that weekend, we would have had a room for 2 when we had 3 people.

Review 21：The door between next room is paper thin you can hear all the conversation next door loudly...the room looks like cheap motel...cannot sleep till 3am in the morning knowing that we have to drive 4 hours to continue our journey to Melbourne cause a bunch of ignorant neighbour laughing and talking loudly in the front balcony.,.called the hotel to report and they came straight away to confront those people but they argued about their rights to stay.,,they finally went into their room and continue their chit chat till 3am...the hotel staff did try to tell them many times knocking at their doors to tell them to be silent...the walls and doors between rooms are paper thin so every conversation can be heard...will never stay there again...oh and then at the check in the receptionist girl was trying to charge me extra $20 for bringing a 2 year old toddler using existing beds in the room...the rooms did not looks like what was on the pic...very disappointed...

Everything outside the motel that I needed to access was just a hop skip and jump away, which was super convenient! I would definitely recommend it to anyone, in particular families looking for that perfect getaway! I'll be visiting again for sure!

Review 27：Premises were almost vacant. We could have had a room nearly anywhere but we're stuck in the middle of Albury Wodonga Motor Cycle Club who were up at 6:30 am talking at the top of their voices showing no respect for others who wanted to sleep. Poor organisation.

Review 30：Our journey was part of a long trip we wanted something at a lower price point but still of good quality to break our journey for the night.Very good location and - most importantly - very clean rooms with clean bathroom,good shower pressure. Room was perfectly adequate. We were very impressed by the small hatch window where In-Room Dining meals were placed without being disturbed by a knock on the front door.Wonderful service and gesture calling the room phone to inform us that in- room dinning Breakfast was served and placed through the window hatch door. The activites for children have been well thought and catered for.What an awesome amount of fun for children!

Review 39：The motel was located out of town in an industrial area, but because the resort had so many attractions, you really didn't have a need to be in town. The resort is a place where the kids and adults can be kept busy with the variety of activities, including an indoor pool, outdoor pool, indoor spa, 2 outdoor spas, mini golf, table tennis and billyards.

We booked poolside and emailed to confirm this but the room was in a dark corner with people above us where we could hear footsteps all night and noise from indoor pool was in our room until late at night. Review 48：The only thing. Even though the bullring restaurant had 100% wonderful and kind service from staff there was one thing that bugged me. Loved the atmosphere and drinks and starters. But our mains were inedible. For the price I paid for the rump it was awful. I could not eat it. The meat tasted funny and very over cooked. Husband's main meal of Thai fillet was also average. Neither meat was cooked as ordered. The place appeared to be expert at red meat. Not so. I'm sorry I feel awful writing this as the hospitality was beautiful. But I felt too mean to say anything. I left my main uneaten. For the prices we were disappointed.

Review 49：We stayed for a stop over on the way back to Sydney. Very comfortable and clean. Loved our room. The little verandah awsome for fresh air rather than locKed up in a room, really lovely. Nicely refurbished room. Pool area fantastic. Unfortunately we were not there long enough to use it. Kids would of loved it. Good value.

Review 52：Nothing was disliked, this is only a suggestion......a little cafe or somewhere to buy lunch would be good as catering options were limited to breakfast and dinner only. A second point, it would have been useful to have had plates, knives and forks in the room. The restaurant were happy to provide this though so not a big issue.

Review 53：All the facilities were really good. Great to have the choice of both indoor and outdoor pools. Sauna and jacuzzi were also very welcoming! On site restaurants were a good standard too. Great to be able to hire a DVD to relax in the evening with a good bottle of wine from the bar.

Review 115：Second time in a month we have been here. My partner brought me here before Christmas for a quick get away and i fell in love with the resort. We came both times with out the kids and had a great time being big kids- playing table tennis, swimming and relaxing. Love the fact that the weather is always warmer than melbourne. My partner has been coming here for years with the kids and now we will be returning several times a year together. Staff are always friendly & accommodating to all needs. Pool is great. Only difference is that before Christmas when we came it was a lot quieter than after new year's. Both times were very enjoyable. Love it here☺
