Review 1：A guest next to us arrived late in the night while we were sleeping. They were loud.
Review 2：The check in process was smooth. The beds are super comfortable. Temperature in the rooms are excellent. The breakfast was spectacular!!
Review 3：Wifi was a bit dodgy. Annoyingly they close reception at 11.30 and don't open again till 8 so if you want to leave early you will have to check out the night before and miss the breakfast you have paid for. And by closed, I mean the door is locked and you cannot access reception. There is a night access but 7.30 would be a better opening time in my view.

Review 6：Well presented hotel, room with terrace overlooking lake was a good size with nice bathroom facilities, Great breakfast and lovely restaurant offering wide choice of food and wines. Pleanty of parking spaces, an ideal location from which to explore Lake Garda. Nearby Lamberti winery well worth a visit if you are driving home with capacity in the boot!

This family run hotel was perfect for a base the girls were delightful and service excellent always with a smile unlike their father on the reception! Always quite fed up looking but one daughter did say he was ready to retire and very tired he should let her take up the position to improve the atmosphere on arrival

Review 20：When we arrived (early evening) the receptionist was a very nice English speaking girl, but later on our stay the receptionist was an older man (probably the owner/manager), though he was efficient an cooperative - he was strict looking and we never saw him smile.
