Review 1：The front desk staff was rude and not accommodating. Starting with theCheck in. We paid for a "seaside view" which we were told wewere not promised-they wanted to put us on the 1st floor, the view was"seaside" only if you hung your head out the window and lookedaround the corner. Our rental car was hit in the parking lot by adelivery/storage cart. The desk staff just wanted to argue that wedid the damage before we arrived. So....now we are liars!!! It took anhour of back and forth with the staff before we could even get the HotelDirector to come out and then we had to ask everyday for the Hotelinsurance information. The ac was on a timer, so there was no ac in theevening. The breakfast consisted of the typical pastries, and some kindof slop that they called "scrambled eggs." I didn't trythe egg slop because there was not enough toilet paper in the bathroomto handle the stomach upset! The checkout was a nightmare with the frontdesk as they overcharged us and it took almost an hour to do the math(item by item) with them to prove our point. We travel to Italy everyyear and my husband is in the hotel business. This place was anembarrassment - I would not recommend even to someone I do not like.

Review 5：So many young couples with babies, crying, screaming all around, and it was like a kintergarden in June. It is a " so called four stars hotel" for today, they are aware of it and are trying to transform the style. But it is still 1980s' four star hotel..
Review 6：Loano is a small tiny town, and despite my negative but realistic comments, this hotel may be the best option out of available ones in Loano..

Review 27：Careful when booking a room, upgrade to a superior it's worth it. Sea view in Italy can also mean a small patch of blue miles away, and what you actually get for a view is the balcony of the building across the road.
Review 28：The superior rooms are great, clean, location was good for the fact that you just had to cross the road to get to the beach. Excellent breakfast: eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, fruit, cereals and all sort of sweet breads.
Review 29：Very expensive for the service you get! Did´t answer me on e-mails I send before the stay. It cost 30€ per day to have a unbrella and two sunbeds at the beach. Eaven if the beach belong to the hotel. Old fasion hotel but newly renovated. Internet did´t work! Not a nice pool at all. NOT recomended

Location is rightacross the street from a lovely beach and Marina, just a few minutesstroll into the town.
