Review 1：The room was very small, and not very comfortable. Single travellers generally do not fare as well as couples.
Review 2：Very helpful staff, the location, pleasant city. The staff helped with my problem with a booking for the next destination. The cost was low, so It was probably giving me value for money.

Review 7：Unfortunately we had the "junior suite"(nr 52) which is a very nice and big room with an awesome bath-tube... BUT don't book it if you want to sleep!!! It's on the street floor you can't open the window because everybody can look (jump?) inside, in the night it's hot and unbelievable noisy because all the cars and buses leave Pistoia on this street. There are enough other rooms on other floors which look in different direction, i would recommend to book that.
Review 8：The Hotel Piccolo Ritz is on a strategic place just 5 min walk from the train station and from the city center. The staff is very helpful and welcoming (not only the receptionist, even the women who are serving breakfast). The hotel is really nice, clean and i would stay there next time again when i visit Pistoia, but I would book a different room!

Review 17：The en-suite facilities to our room, while well furnished were small. The shower was arranged in a wet-room style. Although this created sufficient space, the drain slope was inadequate to carry away the shower water, consequently the rest of the bathroom tended to flood making the floor slippy. The bedrooms had hard floors which was fine for us as we were on the top floor but for our friends on the 2nd floor suffered a very noisy guest above them. [Note: their bathroom was a better size.] he breakfast room was well furnished and decorated but small and cramped. The buffet breakfast was difficult to access if more than two/three were attempting to obtain theirs at the same time. The breakfasts offered a poor choice and at best were adequate. This was a hotel for a one or perhaps two night stay.
Review 18：The hotel is near to the railway station and convenient for the town centre. It is a small hotel, clean, fresh with all areas kept in good condition. There is a small bar/lounge with comfortable seating. A lift is available to all floors. The rooms we experienced were spacious, clean, well decorated and well furnished. Beds were comfortable and clean. excellent bath sheets but linen hand towels. the staff were very pleasant, helpful and obliging [e.g. more pillows].
