Review 1：A very alluring atmosphere, in the heart of the Langhe. Hotel's interiors and room's utilities (complimentary drinks, bathrobe, slippers). Staff's kind and friendly attitude to clients. The restaurant's excellent food and wines. Last but not least, the late check-out... I already booked another stay for a couple of days in November.

Review 2：I was very excited to eating at the 'Slow food' movement dining room of the hotel but the food was very ordinary. Along with a very loud tour group eating having a great time but sort of ruining everyone else's experience. The dinner was in the modern, ugly room that we thought would be for breakfast instead of the nicer vaulted ceiling dining room which was then used for breakfast.

Review 3：Our suite room was spacious & nice. The pool area is quite good but would be better if had some aspect to it. The Wine Bank was fascinating & worth doing. The communication with the hotel prior to our stay was exemplary.

Review 6：Our evening dinner was a total disaster. We were booked for 8pm, arrived on time, taken to table, left for 20 minutes, menus given to us, 20 minutes after that we were asked if we would like still or gassed water. Then nothing! 4 tables who arrived after us had their orders taken,we tried to get attention from the 2 waiters, but to no avail, when the 5th group who arrived after us were served, we just got up and left to retire to our room. Very bad experience, had come from Australia and were looking forward to this food experience! It was as though we did not exist.

Review 17：The restaurant was mediocre. Food was lukewarm and average tasting and wait staff were not particularly friendly. Not what we were expecting at the home of the University of Gastronomic Sciences.

Review 23：direct surroundings, incl village of Pollenza, are pretty low profile and out of balance with the stature and quality of this beautiful hotel. Nevertheless, Bra (nice!) and the Langhe wine region (La Morra, Venduno, Barolo) are can be reached by car within 10-15 minutes.

Recommendations for excellent slow food restaurants available at the reception desk, and staff will support to find the best fit for you. Clean rooms, spacious accomodation, nice gym and welllness area, small but fit-for-purpose pool (relax area), underground parking, If you are looking for a relaxing, comfortable and quiet place to stay, closeby the beautiful Piemonte wine regions: this is it!

Review 25：In fact their were many more facilities available than what had been listed on the booking.com internet site.Pool, Jacuzzi, ham-ham, nice health club etc...Had we known, we would have brought along our swimming suits and other required attire. to bad we were unable to use these facilities.
