Review 12：The staff was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. They learned from our daughter's passport that she was celebrating her birthday during our stay and surprised her with a bouquet of flowers and a cake at breakfast. It was a lovely touch!

Review 21：The reception entrance is manned from 8:00AM - 11:00PM only. Cant check-in after 11pm and cant enter thru front desk, must use basement entrance instead.

Review 24：The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, the room very clean, the shower a pleasure and the breakfast a delight! We loved the bikes that we could travel with and visit all the best places in the nearby. Gardaland park was just 7 minutes away by bike.

Review 57：Hotel is close to the city, free bikes are available, free garage, friendly staff ready to help. We have asked to stay one day more and it was possible without any problems. Further more, we get discount for additional day. For sure we'll be back.

Very nice spacious dining room, great offer of breakfast meal (fruit, cheese, juices, bread...) Room was nice, clean with large bathroom. We also valued a parking place in basement of hotel. It´s a shame that the hotel isn´t a little bit closer to the lake.
