Review 1：Bathroom needs updating.Shower very poor,a horrible shower curtain. Water runs hot and cold. On a main road. No nice view and nothing in walking distance

Review 3：Our first night the a/c was broken. We informed the front desk, but she swore it was working. We just about melted all night. IT WAS HOT! The next day we informed the new receptionist and thankfully the a/c was repaired for the 2nd night. They only have spots for about 4 cars in front of their hotel, but you can park a short walk away. The water would go from warm/hot to cold and back, but it wasn't an issue for us, more of an FYI for review purposes.
Review 4：The staff was VERY friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was yummy. It's a typical Italian breakfast of breads, croissants, meat, cheese, fruit, yogurt, cereal..etc...The coffee machine made delicious coffee and the staff warmed the croissants before putting them out. The location is about a 30 drive in to Venice, but it's a nice quiet area. The rooms were clean. We had 2 rooms for 7 people and everyone loved the stay (once the a/c was working again).

Review 16：The breakfast is very great . The staff of hotel are pretty nice, especially Emma who not only was patient to provide a lot of information about the hotel nearby, but also prepared some refreshment for you before we left the hotel in very early morning. That made us get warm here.
