Review 1：Me and My wife booked this hotel for 7 nights of our honeymoon over christmas as it looked beutiful on the pictures on Booking.com. HOw wrong were we. we arrived and the staff were rude becuase i enquired about getting a deal on suite as it was my honeymoon. Then we went to the room if i could upload pictures for you to see you would be shocked. the room was disgusting maybe designed in the 60s and not cleaned since. Mould on the taps and the shower, broken tiles on the floors and so much more i haven't got time to tell you. As you can imagine it was not what we wanted for our first Christmas as a married couple so i requested a partial refund so we could move on and the staff got even more rude. We had to leave and booked into another hotel which was beautiful clean modern and cheaper. It is the last time I trust the star ratting of a hotel as this was more like a bad 2 star hotel. Also no help from Booking.com to get my refund. Still fighting for the refund. So in short the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. From staff to accommodation. I would expect a cleaner Bathroom in prison.

Review 4：We believe that this hotel has been really great in the past and may bewas the best choice possible in the 50' and in the 60'. Today isa real ruin of the past. The whole hotel is in need of urgent totalrefurbishment. Room was less than average for a two stars hotel.Bathroom was miserable and toiletries so poor as well as linen. Webooked through Booking.com a double room at € 160,00 for one night onour wy to Germany. Three days before Christmas time there was neither aminimal decoration, only fake flowers and a miserable nativity scene infront of reception. Which horrible conflict with the charming town ofVipiteno. Staff was incredible. They do not wear any uniform or simplyan ordinary dress. They were less than casual, sitting behind a desk twometres away from reception bar. They do not regard you and do notwelcome you at check in and at check out. Not a single information wasgiven, just the room key and how to get the room on second floor withoutlift. Of course neither an offer in helping with lugagges.. Reception isopen for check out two hous per day and for check in only few hours inthe afternoon. Incredible for a four stars rated hotel in Sud Tirol.This hotel needs to be seriously downgraded. Breakfast was miserable asthe hotel was. Limited choice of cheep packaged items at breakfast andservice very rude. Quality seems a mistery word at this hotel. Notrecommended at all.

Review 6：It felt like a 3-star hotel overall. The room is not new and a few deficiencies worth noticing: no wi-fi in the room, very little sockets in the room (my partner had to charge her phone on the floor right next to the room door).

Review 7：Location is great, right in the central square. Breakfast is excellent, a full buffet with freshly-made local products and desserts. Bed is quite comfortable. Room service impeccable every day.

Review 22：We (8 adults and 2 children) stayed at the hotel for 7 days in January 2014. We booked 4 rooms 2,5 months before the trip and 1 room 2 weeks before the trip. One of our wishes was to have accommodation in the same building (the hotel has 2 buildings). Upon arrival we were given 3 rooms in one building and 2 rooms in the other building. One of the rooms, was of much lower category than it had been confirmed when booking. Here are some Room Facilities, which the hotel indicates and does not provide in a Deluxe Double Room: Room Size: 26 m² (in fact 14 m²) Seating Area (not true), Heating (yes, but it works only during the day, at night it is turned off), Sofa (no sofa) Flat-screen TV (yes, but 22 inch screen size). The hotel refused to compensate the difference in the price between the given room and the booked one. Wooden flooring in the rooms, which was specified as an advantage of the hotel, creaked when walking. Even Luxe rooms had dirty dusty carpets and curtains. The hotel has very bad soundproofing. Jingle Bell of the city bell tower, which the hotel guests can enjoy in their rooms every 15 minutes, rings particularly cheerfully at night. In one of the rooms there was very poor water pressure in the shower, the cold water flowed badly and the hot water did not flow at all. No elevator. No air conditioning. When checking out we received the bill for one of the rooms 23% above the price confirmed at time of reservation. It took us about an hour and a lot of nerve, to prove to the hotel manager, he`d put a wrong bill. This hotel does not deserve 4 star. We definitely will not stay there again and will not recommend it to our friends.
