Review 1：No bad experiences as such, but worth knowing: - mandatory cap at swimming pool (costs 3 euro to buy one, bring one with you if you have one). - wifi in the rooms costs 15€ / 3 days but is only available for the first device you login (no go for me, and I don't understand the reason. I asked and the answer was: our rules ) - the apartments are quite small. In the kitchen there is only place for one person, frying pans are available at the reception, no raclette / fondue kitchenware. There is a microwave and a small italian coffee maker for 2 expresso. - the bed is also quite small, I'm not a big person but my feet went a bit overboard. I can't imagine someone 1.90m sleeping there.

Review 2：We liked the area, the ski (although expensive), the staff, pizza from the restaurant. The free wifi was fairly good at the reception. I can't say anything about the events organised there like ski clubs, mini discos and such, because we didn't attend. It seemed pretty active though. All in all, we enjoyed the stay.

Review 34：1. Staff. The apartment was not ready when we arrived (4pm), and we had to wait for an hour. We were disinformed many times by the receptionists - in fact, it would be better for them not to inform about anything, because usually they were simply wrong. 2. Internet. We knew we would be charged for it (which is a different topic itself), but we were surprised that we had to pay separately for every device, regardless of whether this was a smartphone or a laptop. Furthermore, the connection was pretty poor (with regards to the speed and blocked ftp protocol which I needed). 3. Facilities. A lot of facilities listed on a leaflet in the room were missing (e.g., pots). We reported this at the front desk without any result but some promises. Also, hot water in the shower could not be regulated (I think the tap was broken). It was hard (though not impossible) to regulate the temperature.

Review 46：At our arrival, we were not given any info about facilities. We found out at the end of our stay that there was a small swimming pool and gym that we knew nothing about. We also found out on the last day that reception had lists of local excursions that we could have joined. The staff were very friendly but they should ensure guests have a minimum of briefing!

The kids liked the pool, even though it was very crowded. you can take a bus to the slopes and it was very quick to go by car. Cavalese is quiet close to the hotel. A nice village, not too touristic.

Review 52：There was a technical noise (a water pump??) heard in my appratment(above swimming pool). It was starting and stopping every few minutesfrom early morning till evening. Fortunately I did not need to sleepduring daytime!

Review 53：Quite a reasonable size of an appratment for a family. The best are playrooms for kids, swimming pool, saunas including jaccuzi - all for free.

Review 54：Blond receptionist is extremely rude, there is no chance she will tell you good morning or hello. She treated us like first time traveller. We have paid 530 euros for one week and we had to clean the apartament before leave. They treat you like a thieves asking to put all plates and dishes on the table and they do count them before you leave. Bad points: 1. We have booked apartment for 4 adults and we were forced to sleep on double decker beds designed for kids. 2. You must pay in full before check-in and pay 150 euros deposit just in case you want to steal spoon. 3. We have paid extra for valley view and got the room with car park view 4. If you want to leave in the morning before 7.30 you need to leave inblanco copy of your credit card. Shocking. 5. Beds are slightly better than sleeping on the floor and pillows are comparable to sleeping on the kerb. Stay away from ths hotel at all cost, Marcin

The Fine Print

Final cleaning of the kitchen is the responsibility of the guest.Cleaning products for the kitchen are available in the apartments. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly.Reception is open from 07:30 to 11:30 and from 16:00 to 20:00. The swimming pool is closed on Saturday.The resort fee is a compulsory card (Fiemme Card) which includes several facilities/services according to the season. This fee is not payable for children under 8 years, and a 50% discount applies for guests aged between 8 and 14.- In summer, the card includes: access to most of the Trentino public transport, cable cars, nature parks, museums and discounts to sports facilities and stores in the area.- In winter, the card includes: access to ski buses, discounts to ski resorts and daily discounts to sports facilities, ski schools, restaurants and stores in the area..A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
