Review 1：SPA should not be closed on 7 p.m. and be opened after check-out time next day, especially in winter.

Review 11：We were a couple having relaxing weekend in October and we stayed in one of the hotels suit rooms, which was amazing - calm, comfortable, clean, tasteful and had wonderful view over lake. Hotel is located in a very beautiful area alone the lake and wine yards. Beautiful renovated and new buildings. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Amazing restaurant with excellent breakfast. Since we were traveling in autumn we couldn't use hotel's big swimming pool, but you can always enjoy their wellness centre. In this season it was a very peaceful place, no crowd, really relaxing. Would definitely recommend it for stay, it was a very pleasant experience.

Review 12：The one criticism was with some of the reception staff being too laid back... On the first night we were told there was no need to book the restaurant as it was a Monday night. We turned up at 8pm and it was full. They were about to turn us away until I told them what reception had said. They managed to fit us in, on a table, which was not ideal.... We also tried to book a wine tour with reception. Twice I spoke to the same lady who said she would sort it out and let me know, but she never did. When we questioned this, a man at reception sorted it out at short notice but then gave us the wrong directions so we never found it. When we questioned his directions he blatantly lied and stuck to what he had told us, despite being told by someone else it wasn't where he said it was.

Review 13：Fantastic location and everything about the place was perfect. Food was great and reasonably priced and the bar laid on free tapas in the evening, which was a nice touch. The lake view room with terrace was exceptional. Very clean and modern, it looked brand new.

Review 14：The location is not on the Lake of Garda, it is on a pond. Pool was cold. Food is international and of average quality for the standards of the hotel. If you want a quiet place, forget it, ambiance music (musak) is everywhere. They charged 50 euros more than the price of booking.com.

Review 17：There are only 3 shuttle runs into the nearest town during the day and early evening. It is a 30min walk at least on roads with no footpaths or lighting, you definitely need a car.

Review 24：We stayed for 2 nights of our honeymoon, booking very last minute following a poor night at one of our pre-planned hotels. We explained this on check-in and the staff were amazing, they truly made it a special stay, more so than anywhere else we stayed. We arrived at 10.30 am although we couldn't check in to our room were allowed use of the facilities and were given card towels and a glass of prosecco whilst waiting. When we did get into our room it was amazing, and we had some extra honeymoon treats. The whole place is beautiful, so much so that despite plans to visit a vineyard we did not leave the hotel for 2 days. Thank you to the all the staff that made our stay so memorable.

Review 51：Since our room was under the restaurant it was noisy pretty much all the time from people dragging their chairs above. Also this is where the gym is, so everyone using it have to pass by our room which made our dog bark from early morning. Not very well soundproofed. If you want quiet room ask for it. The pool has an automatic system to turn on the waterfalls and fountains which creates a lot of noise and makes the stay there not as relaxing as we expected.

Review 72：Was arriving at night. Road works and deviations made finding the place a challenge. A very helpful lady on late shift guided me to the place on the phone with a lot of patience. Thanks for that.

Review 73：We booked a junior suite. Despite the restaurant having its own separate entrance, the main parking is on the hotel side - the result is that (late) restaurant guests return to their cars walking (and chatting, laughing etc) right under the suites, hence because of the noise it is not possible to sleep until 1AM. No signs to the indoor spa area, simply a panel outside the B1 elevator would really help. For breakfast, one has to ask to be served a proper cappuccino and pressed orange juice, which we did eventually get. We were surprised to find self service machines, nowadays really common in budget hotels but totally unfit for a four star+ accomodation.
