Review 1：Disgusting beach towels full of hair of the previous customers; ambiance, "fragrance"and furniture of the hotel kept in the 80'. Not recommended unless you don't bother. Piazzo as a town is charming and really beautiful.

Review 2：Sketchy wifi in the rooms. Breakfast was not great, machine cappuccino, dry breads. Some under-ripe fruit, no meats or eggs.

Review 3：This hotel seems like it's in the middle of nowhere but there is a very nice beach within walking distance and a lovely pool on the property. The staff would only recommend their hotel restaurant, claiming not to know of any in town. We wanted to see the town and didn't want to stay at the hotel for dinner. We found something on the water for dinner that was wonderful. The staff gave us a bottle of wine at check out, very nice gesture, however having it upon check in would be nicer to enjoy on the balcony.

Review 4：We arrived on a Saturday. There was loud and bad karaoke singing at the pool that kept us awake past midnight. I brought it up with the management and they said it only happens on Saturdays.

Review 5：It is good value for the money. There is A gelato store walking distance from the hotel that serves the best ice cream! There is also a small, nondescript family run pizza restaurant at walking distance that serves hand rolled pizza baked in an earthen oven. Delicious!

Review 6：Receptionist very unfriendly didn't greet us just demanded our identity cards which he didn't give back till we had to ask him. I had locked my door when we went out and he came onto the steps to make sure we left when I returned I found the door closed but not locked so clearly someone had been there. Also if you want to use the fridge in the room you have to pay them €15! There was a legal document stating their rights as hoteliers. I have travelled round the world stayed in many hotels and never have I seen anything like this before. Breakfast was ok. The day receptionist gave us some ham and cheese. No fresh coffee just a machine the kind you find in petrol stations. We were the only guests. He did give us a bottle of wine though as a sweetener we guessed.

Review 8：A great place to stop on our road trip to Sicily. Good parking, clean room and pool plus a short walk to the beach. Great gelati bar on the way. We also appreciated having a restaurant on site with delicious fish professionally served.

Review 12：There was no private beach as stated in the information (at least no one can show me it), also the hotel is located far from Pizza city center, so it's not possible to reach it by walk. For me the breakfast was poor, there was no omelette or eggs, or any hot food.

Review 13：I booked the hotel just 1 night before arrival from SUF airport. Overall the hotel is good, everything went smoothly. This can be a good option if you are by car.

Review 14：The breakfast should have been replenished more often in the morning and the tables cleared and cleaned for the next guests. The pool shower didn't work and the area was dirty. The pool was also a little dirty and the surrounding area needed to be tidied up a bit and swept and weeds in the paving cleared.

We mentioned needing some washing done, he insisted we giveit to him and it was washed, dried and back in about 3hours! We werealso looking for a meal about 7pm but the restaurant did not open till8pm. With 5 hungry kids they seated us at 7.30, took our order and feedus early. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Justwonderful and staff were very nice and keen to help.

Review 48：Outstanding service by staff was way above and beyond what was expected, starting with a bowl of fruit delivered to our room shortly after we arrived. Much more fruit was available than at the 15 or so other hotels we have stayed. Excellent (very fast) internet service was included. We had a magnificent meal at the restaurant with 16 kinds of seafood. Owner is very attentive to customer needs and staff go way out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. Shower size was much larger than most Italian hotel showers (which appear designed for short skinny folks). Hotel was about 300m to the beach and also only a few km from a freeway exit. Room cost was moderate for what we received.

Review 49：There is no any entertainment for children in this area, but this isnot a lack of the hotel, sure. Please be attentive to choose afamily room because adjoining-room is not on default. 30M2 is areaof adjoining-room.

Review 53：Everything! This hotel was a sensation. Supposedly ***, it puts many a**** to shame. Loads of parking. We were greeted by the manager (owner?)on arrival with a bowl of delicious fresh fruit and things just gotbetter. This quiet hotel close to the seaside had a lovely big swimmingpool (who needs the crowds on the beach?) and an open location withviews of the mountains and the sea. Our room was spacious and verycomfortable. Dinner in the restaurant was not only superb but alsoreasonably priced. The restaurant was pretty full with visitors, whichwas an indication of its popularity and quality. When we left, themanager presented us with a bottle of wine as a parting gift. NowTHAT's what I call service!

We were well received, our room was a very good size and very clean and well equipped. staff was flexible, delicious food and very pleasant ambiance. The staff clearly wanted to do their best to make our stay pleasant. The hotel is also very good value. I recommend it without any reservation.
