Kunesias B&B sells fast on our site. This family-run B&B in Cinisi offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and an LCD satellite TV. Set in a leafy garden, the Kunesias is 1.6 miles from Magaggiari Beach, and a 5-minute drive from Palermo Airport driving through the town.
Rooms at Kunesias B&B have hardwood or ornate tiled floors and distinctive Sicilian furniture. Each includes a private bathroom complete with hairdryer.
A sweet buffet breakfast is served daily in the dining hall of the Kunesias, which is equipped with a 30-inch LCD TV. There is a fireplace in the entrance hall.

Review 1：All perfect - the Boss was very friendly and helpful. Our flight was very early - the Boss made a breakfast for us on 4:00 AM !!! and brought us afterwards on the Airport. Thanks for that!

Review 7：Everything about Kunesias B&B was pleasing! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, equipped with every amenity a traveler needs. The "light" breakfast early in the morning was a delightful "spread." The driving/shuttling services of Claudio were beyond helpful!

Review 8：This was easily the most well appointed room and bath during 3 weeks in Sicily--too bad we had to leave at 4:45 to catch a 6:30 flight home. However, a decent breakfast was laid out at 4:30 and we followed our host to the airport in our rental car as he drove another guest. Kunesias has found a niche ( airport departures) and does it very well.

Review 9：Claudio was an excellent host from the beginning! Helped organize transport for my arrival and departure- he was so knowledgable about Sicily and wanted to help me plan a great vacation! Breakfast was amazing and the room was perfect! An excellent welcome to Sicily and I will surely return!

The complimentary breakfast was delicious and even ready for us at 4am before our early flight. Claudio also dropped us off and picked us up again from a local restaurant. Review 19：Claudio was fantastic. Nothing seemed too much trouble and he was able to be doing different things for different clients simultaneously, all organised in response to unpredictable and random situations. I don't know how he does it.

Review 21：Can you give 11/10? This place is magnificent. Near Palermo airport and if you have an early flight, it is the perfect place to stop over. The owner drives you to the airport at any hour - (3.45 AM in our case) .You come down to a magnificent breakfast laid out in his own dining room. Our room was super-comfortable and very well-equipped. Special mention for the fact that your room is provided with all sorts of flat areas where you can sort out suitcases, that need organising before your flight. Extremely likeable family, who provide a fabulous service. It's a bit of a hike by bus, if you have arrived in Palermo Station, but far better than doing that hike at 2.00 AM! This place is literally perfect and VERY reasonably priced...

Review 30：Taxing to Cinizi is a nightmare. 10mins but taxi companies will charge you 40euros! Even when they agreed a cheaper price. Avoid taking taxi to Cinisi at all cost. Get the owner to pick you up instead!

Review 40：Purely by chance, we picked the Kunensias B & B as it was located close to the Palermo airport. We stayed twice, once just after we arrived and the other time just before our departure. The host, Claudio, was first-class. He helped us in every way possible - taking us to a nice restaurant for dinner and picking us up afterwards. The breakfast was ample. Kunesias is the best B & B that we have stayed at - the cost was reasonable.

Review 62：Great Host! Great Breakfast! Super service! If you are spending the night prior to flying out of Punta Raisi there is no better place you can stay. Claudio and Francesca are the best. They help with transportation to the airport and to restaurants and car rental agencies, they accommodate early departures by providing breakfast whenever you need in the morning ( ours was 0500!), Claudio does well communicating in English, Spanish, French, and for all we know Swahili! We sat in their quiet patio and relaxed and there's even a drink machine to buy a soda or beer without leaving the premises! Truly a lucky find for us!
