Review 1：This place is a dream. We couldn't even imagine anything better for our staying! Highly recommended, especially if you are looking for a romantic timeless experience. The whole palace is simply awesome, our room incredibly gorgeous. On top of that, the location is perfect, a bunch of good restaurants around and very very close to Bolsena lake. A free car parking ticket is included. Personnel very kind and attentive, so appreciated. Grazie! We will be back!

Review 6：Fantastic, old regal-style building, large and spacious rooms full of character and charm. Feels very opulent and grand for such fantastic value. Brilliantly located right in the heart of the old city as well. Friendly and welcoming staff - would highly recommend.

Review 7：It would have been great to have a bottle of water and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. It was extremely hot during our stay and so air conditioning in the bedroom would have been useful. There was a fan provided which was a great help.

Review 11：Ich bin seh viel gereist und war schon überall auf der Welt, geschäftlich und privat, ich habe mich jedoch noch nie so überzeugt von einer Unterkunft gefühlt wie hier. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, es ist absolut sauber und es gibt einfach dieses kleine bisschen mehr, das man nicht erwartet ... Abgesehen von der Übernachtung ist das B&B auch so sehenswert, sehr schönes historisches Gebäude.. Sehr zu empfehlen !

Review 16：its totally different than where i have been, and now i have been traveling 3 months all over the Europe, so its nice :) probably the first time in palace. its old, it can be also minus, but for me it was a plus, the atmosphere was great. and then the service, i had a problem with motorcycle, i lost my clutch 20km of that place, and i was calling them (sunday night) that if there is any repair mens etc. they said that in the morning and they would come to pick me up if i needed the pickup, didint need the pickup service, but it was a nice ride to home, knowing that if i would be left on the way, i would get back to the hotel & next morning with the mechanic to the bike.

Review 17：- My single room was quite dark since the window opened to a narrow little street. - Unfortunately the neighbours in this little street where extremely loud almost until midnight, which is certainly not the fault of the B&B. - I hoped to find a little garden in the Palazzo. However, this is only accessible from one of the appartments and not for all guests. This misunderstanding should be corrected in the description.

Review 18：- The atmospere of the old Palazzo is amazing and as shown in the pictures. - I loved to use the old fashioned libraries and common rooms, you get to sit on pices if furniture you normally only know from the museum. - The rooms find the right mixture between comfort and old style. - The staff was exceptionally friendly and helped out wherever possible. There where no wishes left open. - The breakfast is basically an all you-all-you-can-eat option in the bar right opposite. It was typically Italian (Cappuccino & Cornetto) which was fine for me. - The Palazzo is located in the centre of Bolsena with god restaurants near by.

Review 20：Absolutely beautiful building and furnishings. Rich in history and culture. Great accommodation- huge room, hallway and bathroom, and own private courtyard!. We felt like royalty and the owners were lovely. It is also situated in an interesting old piazza with great restaurants nearby.
