Review 1：The front desk were rude on almost every interaction. The general feel of the hotel was cold, and unwelcoming. The bed was very low and a little uncomfortable.

Review 23：We requested an early check in, and received a confirmation email frombooking.com as follows: "We have contacted Hotel Selene and Maria(reservation department) has confirmed your early check in between 10:00-11:00." However when we arrived about 10am after an overnight flight wewere told we couldn't have our room until after 2pm. Very disappointing.Breakfast was hit and miss - one day there were very limited options -the next morning much more variety. We stayed on at the hotel for a 5day conference - during this time the food was mediocre. I don't believeour bed sheets were changed during our 7 night stay, although our towelswere changed daily.
