Review 1：Restaurant was unexpectedly incredible. Total Michelin star experience. No one mentioned this in any review. This needs to be noted. The experience was really good. Only thing not great was the bed was hard (which could be a plus for some people) and the resort was cheesy (also could be a plus) Staff was great.

Review 2：Excellent location for early departure or late arrival at Palermo airport, but also simply as a base for touring the area. Gorgeous property with super views and lots of lush greenery, nice pool, very friendly & helpful staff & very nice restaurant! Loved it!

Review 5：As others have mentioned, this is a good place for those having early flights from PMO, it's about a 15 min drive. The restaurant food was excellent, they focus on locally grown food but with a non-traditional approach. The room, grounds and pool were beautiful.

Review 6：Staff were rude and not willing to help Location of resort was in a terrible location which felt unsafe. There were no cafes or restaurants within 5-10 min walk that we could go to as the restaurant was very expensive with not many choices. As nothing within close proximity we reluctantly dinned at the restaurant and unfortunately our food was less than average resulting in both my husband and self falling ill after having fish .

Review 8：The restaurant in the hotel was very impressive. The pool was lovely. The hotel was better than I thought it would be. We only chose it because it was close to the Palermo airport but it turned out to be a nice very short stay.

Review 9：The reception staff in on check in and check out were not very friendly or attentive. As well as the loud air-conditioner, there were all sorts of loud noises (plumbing sounds?) in the night, and only the very basic levels of comfort in the room (which was a great size). 1 pillow, not enough towels and definitely the worst breakfast spread we had in Sicily by a long way. Not the best final night for our honeymoon tour.

Bed was very hard and not comfortable. Toilet seat didn't fit properly and moved around. Grass on properly was long and needed mowing. Charge of 25€ to airport with hotel shuttle was too much for 10 minute journey.

Althoughit was never explained to us I overheard a phone call - they thought wewere coming the following day but were fully booked and didn't haveany rooms available. They kept us waiting for a long time (I read anentire magazine) with no explanation and then put us in a disabled room,still no explanation and no appology. Horrible room - dark, semifunctioning air conditioning. I would particularly advise anyonerequiring wheelchair access to not go to this hotel, all the ramps arevery steep and our shower had mould in it. Lunch was overpriced buttasted nice. We ate out in the evening. Someone tried to put drinks onour bill that we hadn't bought. Rather stressful end to the holidaywhen we thought we weren't going to have a room for the night.

Review 51：Would never have found it without taking a taxi. Even with Google Mapsit pointed us to a field with a rusty gate a good half mile away. Areawas scruffy and run down but that made the hotel itself all the more apleasant surprise. Nowhere to go for a walk/explore. Airport shuttlewas an old Fiat Multipla which the driver had trouble starting which wasa bit alarming but once started it got us there.

Review 61：Appearance was good, food was not bad and morning desk person helped to serve us a very early breakfast prior to an early flight. We chose this hotel because it was less than 15 minutes from the airport.
