Review 1：The rooms are a bit drafty, the heaters noisy and the beds, HARD. But, the views are fabulous and the showers worked great. It was a perfect 'overnight' treat after walking the 15 miles from Orvieto. I'd go again, but be prepared to take an extra blanket with me.
Review 2：The staff couldn't have been friendlier, especially considering we were the only guests in the hotel - actually the whole town as January is the quietest of months here in Umbria / central Italy. The entire town was closed. They even gave us a free bottle of the local wine, "Est! Est! Est"! The breakfast, included with the price, was copious and good.
Review 3：The staff were not helpful and it took three attempts for them to help with getting the tv to work the pika e smelt of mildew and the decor was shabby.

Review 5：The owners of hotel are the kindest people we have ever met! Every morning they bring you your favorite cup of Coffee, without us asking for it. Hotel is perfectly situated. Just 500 meters from the beautiful lake. And accros the road you already find the cosy old town with many restaurants. Rooms are simple but good. Breakfast is ok.
