Review 1：Do not provide hair driers and irons. Also the amenities shampoo and shower gel are too little for a family, and of a low quality.

Review 12：Great village, very quite, although it was packed with guests. the main pool is a huge attraction for kids, they loved it! Apartment is actually very quite, nicely designed, although not very big. The only thing i missed was some more shelves to put staff, especially in the bathroom. Kitchen is small and fairly equipped, so we managed cooking just fine. Overall, we loved the village and will definitely be back.

Review 25：Stopped here for three nights on our Eurooe road trip before driving to Croatia. Had a unit next to the second pool, so easy access and a quieter pool than the main one. Aircon unit in apartment made it easy to sleep. Plenty of room for suitcases. Good location if you have a car to drive to Lake Garda, Verona and local supermarkets. Office staff very helpful.

Review 27：Apartment was very clean and trendy. Two bottles of wine left for us on arrival. Pool was immaculate and great for kids. They let us check in early for for no extra cost. Food was lovely and fairly priced. Only downside was there was no entertainment of a night. Would definetly return here.

Other reviewers said the wi-fi is not good and you have to pay a high price for it. We anticipated not using it so I cannot comment on it. The kids club was closed (playroom) since it was off season, but that is not really a complaint, just unfortunate circumstance since we visited in April and not high season.

Review 33：Kids facilities are fantastic kid friendly property is obvious! Mini mart is a great perk. Staff was very friendly and put us in the apartment right by the kids playground when they saw my twin toddlers. Restaurant food was good and allowed us to have take away in our room. Location was 5 min from Gardaland. Apt had everything you need for a weekend getaway. Large grocery store is 1 min drive away. Overall fantastic stay!!

Review 34：Very spacious apartments, towels and linen included, swimming pool, close to major sights (Gardaland, Natura Viva), lovely towns (Peschiera, Lazise) and shops (Spar, Penny Market). Excellent value for money in low season.

Review 35：* The swimming pools could be open longer. We arrived late and would have liked to make a refreshing swim, but the pools were already closed. But you can always sneak over the fences, like some of us did.

Review 36：* When travelling with friends who get along fine I suggest take the room meant for four and accomodate six. The rooms are big and the couch in livingroom is quite big. They provide linen for those extra two if you ask. * Very friendly staff. We got lots of useful information about surroundings and possibilities nearby. They also sell tickets to nearby amusement parks cheaper than parks themselves (according to prices listed on internet sites). * Easy access during nighttime for car owners. The property is surrounded with the fence, but if you arrive late by car you can use a little chip to open the gates.

Review 40：Stayed for a week with 2 kids (3 & 6). Requested a quiet room and received a room far from the pool area. The room is basic but fine for staying with kids (two bedroons). Small kitchen for basic dinner and breakfast. The pools are very nice surounded by beautiful lawns. The supermarket pretty basic but there are plenty of supermarkets a few minutes driving distance. Staff in reception very nice and helpfull. The big advantage is the great location, 15 minutes from the lake and amusement parks..

Information given is inaccurate so are the notes for the guests which are shown in the room and the public area. The room is not maintained. Things are broken and/or in poor condition (e.g. after taking a shower the entire room is flooded)

Review 104：the location and surroundings felt secure! it was in close proximity to the gardaland Park and the Lake Garda area! We loved the gardaland tix discount!

Review 105：The bathroom is not very clean and needs renovation. Although towels and linen are included, for everything else (wi-fi, dish soap, an extra toilet paper) you need to pay. Although there is an air conditioner, it can only heat the living room effectively. Other two rooms stay cold.

Review 106：This is one of the few places where you can check in at unusual hours. We were supposed to arrive after midnight and this was almost the only option in the region. Plenty of kitchenware, spacious apartment with a separate room for children. An on-site mini-market and cafeteria are a great plus for people without a car (for those with a car there is a huge supermarket in a shopping center 1 minute drive away). Convenient private parking by the room.

Review 126：Apartment filthy, ant-infested and moldy. Extremely uncomfortable "beds", tiny TV with BBC World News as their only English channel. No Wifi whatsoever in the apartment, 4,50 € per hour if you are willing to go to reception or restaurant to use your wifi which is extremely slow, despite the outrageous costs. 4€ per wash for washing machine which was broken! Ant-infested apartment which an employee offered to rid with poison, we declined as we didn't want our baby poisoned. The director was an extremely unhelpful, rude lady who shocked me with her lack of care for the business she is running. We left after 4 nights, having booked for 7. It was our holiday but felt like boot camp. It seems to fill with the overflow from neighboring holiday sites. Never again!
