Case Vacanze Pomelia was built in 2007. Each apartment features everything you could require for a relaxing vacation in total freedom. Each kitchen has a fridge, freezer, washing machine, plus each apartment has its own reserved parking space.
At Case Vacanze Pomelia you’ll find your apartment already stocked with breakfast items and basic cooking ingredients. All this is just 350 feet from the Mediterranean Sea in the UNESCO protected area of Val di Noto.
Casa Vacanze Pomelia may only be reserved for long stays of 2 or more nights. During summer the hotel may only be reserved for 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday.

Review 1：Just a bit of a walk to town and has a building in front of it so no sea views etc. but for the value really cannot complain!

Review 6：The kitchen is very well equipped and i did choose to come back because i could do the family laundry in the washing machine... This time round the w/machine did not work but the load was done for us and hanged on the clothes drier (since we were out) - a very kind gesture by management which was fully appreciated since we were on a capsule wardrobe

Review 7：The location is perfect for touring south west Sicily. We like the sense of space in these apartments, the lawn for relaxing and the easy access to shopping for food requirements and the endless options of good food restaurants around.

Review 10：The hope of having a decent pc connection or placing a Skype call is virtually impossible. Conducting business on your laptop is futile. Being told that cleaning was once a week and having to call to have apartment cleaned and being told that "they thought that since I was leaving 2 days after the 7 day week they could put cleaning off until after we left!" Not acceptable of management to make this assumption and violate the service I paid for included in the price, when I booked the apartment for 9 nights! The management with help of booking .com did finally send a very nice lady to clean apartment and a very patient serviceman to try and make the WiFi work so I could conduct my business which was the reason for this trip. I would however still recommend staying at Pomelia as it is a very relaxing location. Definitely intend to return "On Vacation" next time. No more dependence on high tech gadgets though at this location! : ) Otherwise Beautiful place to relax and have fun! The staff member "Rosella" could stand a lesson on how to be more accommodating and polite to paying guests and try to be more pleasant like her colleague Eva! Keep up the good work Eva. I'll be back Pomelia. Rate it a 90.

Review 12：We enjoyed our stay in Case Vacanze Pomelia very much. The apartment is well equipped, modern, clean, the staff are nice and friendly. Our parking space was just opposite the door. Marina di Ragusa is really nice resort with good fish restaurants and quite fine sandy beach which is in the walking distance from the apartment.

Review 20：The flat was modern and the company respond able for it were good in their communication and even came out to find us when we arrived as we got lost

Review 21：Poor WiFi. We were in trouble because expected to use it for our surrounding trips planning and information gathering, but it was almost unusable. Staff said they are aware about the problem and hopefully that is fixed. No dishwasher.

Review 23：Casa Vacanze Pomelia is one of our favorite places to stay! From the easy beach access to the pristine apartments, it is always a dream vacation to Marina di Ragusa. The staff are wonderful and check in is always quick and effortless. Parking is free and when you want to spend time on the beach and in walking distance of city center, this is the place.

Review 24：We had a blackout first night cos we were not told not to put appliances at same time. We put on ac and ended up in the dark - how that for lights out and an excuse for an early night! We were all so tired we all jumped into bed assisted with our mobile phone torches. Next day, we got assistance as the problem was not from our switchboard. Lesson learnt - no ac cos the apartment could not take the overload.

Review 25：The apartment was easy to locate, and is in a private complex of other apartments, very quiet with private parking and a drive through all round. Supermarket for all supplies is open all day and is close by and we were able to check in early too which was a relief for us since we had been travelling since early morning. The place is very clean and modern and we were 5 adults, but no point in time did we feel we were on top of each other...good living space and outdoor area, 2 showers and plenty of hot water. Washing machine with a 50 min cycle kept our clothes clean + pegs and clothes horses were provided, thoughtful. Comfy beds, pillow soft or hard available and plenty of clean towels available, though we did our laundry not to have a big pile up. Cutlery and crockery and cooking pans all available and clean. Just down the road as you exit to the right, is a lovely promenade walk and plenty of lovely restaurants to choose from. A very good holiday and a lovely home to return to at the end of the day :) We will surely return!

Review 26：Building site opposite. Noisy work going on the day or so before we left in that site. Also cleaning and maintenance crews obviously preparing for the coming season with loud and noisy strimmers and other machinery. While this bothered us a bit it would have been well finished by now.

Review 27：Lovely clean modern spacious apartment well fitted out; about 1.5 kms from town centre but close to a good restaurant. Quiet location at night. Nice balcony where you could sit in the evening and hear the birds sing. Private secure parking. Free wifi which worked ok if a bit weak at times.

Review 29：The staff (e.g. Giuseppe and Rosella) were incredibly helpful. He changed our apartment to one 30 m from the sea in town center since we did not have a car, and the staff was also very helpful in finding us a rental car. They were very quick to respond and help if we needed some assistance with the apartment. The apartment were very well equipped and the kitchen was even equipped with some food (like coca cola and biscuits). We can recommend Pomelia to anyone. The car company, GMservizi, Comiso airport, were also good. A note about roads in southern Sicily: be sure that you have a GPS, especially if you are going to drive to the Comiso airport from the coast. The way to the airport is very badly indicated along the road from the coast through Comiso town and onwards to the airport. Difficult to find the way.

Review 30：One little problem with our apartment was broken terrace door lock (not locking). We managed to fix it ourselves temporarily, I'm sure staff will fix it for good.

Review 31：Great modern apartment with quiet environment, free wifi, very close to the beaches and huge terrace - definitely recommended for families or little groups of friends. Staff was very helpfull and nice. We like to cook for ourselves while traveling, so fully equiped kitchen was a nice touch. Location is suitable to visit and explore nearby towns of Ragusa, Modica, Ispica Siracusa and still have time for beach at home.

Review 41：The appartment was very nice with two bedrooms and living room with kitchen. Well equipped, modern and clean with a big terrace and view to the garden. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location in the quiet part of Marina di Ragusa, but with the city centre still comfortably reacheable either by walking or even on the bikes which were available for rent. We spend a lovely week in this place and can recommend it highly.

Review 42：We rested for two weeks in June in this apartment. Excellent apartment: two bedrooms, two bathrooms with WC. There is a big dining room, equipped with the necessary household appliances (cooker, refrigerator, washing machine). Given a place for Parking cars. Sea nearby. The beach is sandy. Very good entrance to the sea. Apartments are suitable for a relaxing beach holiday family with children. We would highly recommended this apartment.

Review 43：The apartment is in a private complex and therefore if you aretravelling with a car as we did, you have peace of mind at night thatyour car is safe.The apartment is fully airconditioned and has its own private garden where one can chill or have a BBQ with friends. Finally the place is very well equipped with everything that one may need in ordr to have a pleasent stay.

Review 44：Difficult to find as the house is not on Lungo Mare Andrea Dora but in aside street and the signs for Pomelia are mingled in with other signsfor the complex so don't look for a large sign that jumps out at you.
