Review 1：Recommend arriving during daylight hours. It was difficult to find the road to the B&B in the dark as the road and signs are not well lite. The room was nice size, but the decor is a bit too IKEA for us. We look forward to a more rustic warm decor when traveling through Tuscany.
Review 2：We enjoyed the serenity of the location, the views (when it wasn't raining). Apologize that we've forgotten names, but we appreciated the gentleman who waited at the property until all guests returned from their dinners in town as well as the owners who were present at breakfast and very involved in ensuring the guests were comfortable and we'll feed for breakfast. The pool is beautiful and sure wished the weather had been more cooperative to give us a chance to use it.
Review 3：We arrived in the dark and had a bit of trouble finding the location. Had to stop twice in town to get help and call the hotel for help also. It was off the regional strada and up a one lane dirt road for about a quarter of a mile.

Review 6：I couldn't say more about this place. Everything was amazingly perfect! The staff was super friendly, the decor was perfect, it was completely spotless, the included breakfast was one of the best in all of our trips and stays in Italy and the view was one to leave you speechless! I would highly recommend Le Porcine to anyone and everyone. You will not be disappointed! I promise.
Review 7：Beautiful place near the lake, it's up on the hill and the view is very pretty. However the place was extremely difficult to find for us "tourists". We spent an hour driving up and down the main road. You Need Better Signage!

Review 18：For those who like to stay in quiet place. Big thanks to Simone who took care of us like his own family. We liked everything. The only sad thing was that we couldn't stay for one more night because it was all booked. Even though it is bit hard to find and not close to the lake it is still great place to stay with awesome view and hospitality.

Nothing was too much trouble and they looked after our every need without hesitation. The room was most comfortable, especially the bed! The views were breathtaking and the pool was wonderful. We were very fortunate to have found such a wonderful hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it.

The room was very charming, cozy, clean and well thought through. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast exceeded our expectations by large (everything you need for a perfect start in the day was nicely presented and freshly prepared). It was definitely the best breakfast we had on our trip through Lazio&Tuscany. The host was very friendly and courteous and made our stay as comfortable as possible. We definitely recommend Le Porcine to everyone looking for a quiet & beautiful spot in Lazio to relax and enjoy!

Review 31：When running the air conditioner it smelled like something had died in it. When telling the front desk they claimed it was because it hadn't rained for several days... If you have three people, it is better to sleep on the floor than the pull out on the couch.

Review 36：We went in mid June in the middle of a whirlwind tour of Italy in order to have a few days quiet rest in between sight seeing. Wow, the place was beautiful, the rooms luxurious, the staff amazingly friendly and helpful and the view breathtaking. Will definitely visit again!

Review 38：Beauty is extraordinary! Just the scenery from the movie!Lonely old villa with excellent repair stands on the Hill! All very stylish. The dark wooden floor and ceiling and plastic Windows in wooden frames, nets on the Windows (rise and fall). Even handles on Windows is not simple. All the furniture and doors made of wood; our room had a wrought-iron staircase, apparently is made to order. Great bathroom design plus: rustic modern bathroom facilities in high-tech style. Large beautiful swimming pool, a stylish lounge chairs with chrome legs. View from the pool of the Lake is stunning! Perfect sound proofing-the feeling that you are alone in the House. The Interior of the rooms as a good magazine on design. All of the photos even better, because the photos don't hear birds singing, no smell of flowers and herbs, can not see the sunset over the Lake. Lake, by the way, far away, but, believe me, during your stay in this hotel it is absolutely not important! Still fantastic-you can count the number of sounds that you hear. You will feel that you are alone and it's all yours!The staff consists of only 2 people: boss-handsome and clever Enrico and young girl who will cook you a quick breakfast: quiet slow smooth Jazz, salads, omelets, ham, cheeses, pastries, coffee, fresh fruit juice and wine. All the freshest in unlimited quantities and superb garnished (excellent dishes and cutlery, tables, just wonder brought specially from India!) and if you want to take the breakf at Bol′senu, there are many restaurants (3 km-about 3 minutes away by car).This Villa-family house is surprisingly humble and warning Enrico, so everything is done with great love.To a large supermarket just over a km and the town of Bolsena is about 3-h. parking directly outside the hotel, the place is sure to be, because the rooms just 5 (unless I'm mixing). Air conditioning, WiFi, beds-all excellent!In General, all just magical!
Review 39：This hotel is not all it seems, in fact it is a fraud. It is still Very new, and the staff (a young couple) have tried hard but there are too many underlying issues to sort before they can be forgiven for the failings. Staff are actually quite. inexperienced. Swimming pool looks great but is poorly constructed - with small plastic tile caps coming away from the pool and representing a significant safety concern to young children who could choke on one. The air conditioning did not work in our room. We then had to sleep in appallingly hot conditions with the windows open, meaning my wife was bitten 17 times by Mosquitos. The hot water failed - and then ran out proving that this hotel runs off tanks and is not in the mains water supply. Then the bathroom and whole room flooded due to a dirty filter in the shower drain. No Air Con - A hot room at night, horrible. A cold shower in the morning. There is more. The staff leave at night time and go home leaving the guests at the hotel, which is not an issue in itself until you realise there are no emergency evaluation notices / procedures or fire exits. What's interesting is that they wait up until you are back from a restaurant in the nearest town, and once all guests are back - off they go home. There is no access to cold drinks as there is no bar - not a mini bar in the room. At these prices you'd expect one. In summary, this hotel is hugely overrated and now in it's second year - and the cracks are showing as well as the inexperienced staff - who remain ignorant to it's failings. Don't take your children here it is dangerous, don't expect the air con to work and don't be surprised if the water turns cold. I have logged and official complaint at all necessary places.

We were served basic salad, cheese and ham from nearby supermarket, and we paid a ridiculously high sum of money. Avoid eating there if you want to leave with a "we will come back" feeling.

Review 80：This was definately the best hotel we had on our whole italy trip! The owner, Enrico, is the perfect host, incredibly nice and always helpful. He even provided a German newspaper for us. The location is wonderful, you have an amazing view over Lago di Bolsena. The rooms were lovely and individually furnished. The pool is fantastic. We only planed a stop over, but stayed a night longer. We regret that we couldn't stay longer. We'll definitely come back!
