Review 7：The room was awful, smelly, bathroom was as a wardrobe - situated in a corner of the room. We were asked to be at 22:00 back in the hotel because it was a door closing time

Review 9：Awful reception. No one was at the desk and we waited for a long time until the staff finally noticed us. Check out time is from 8 - 10, apparently. While they have signs posted for this, we were more intent on finding the staff than reading their signs and were not informed that we would be violating their very important protocol by assuming check-out was at 11 like the rest of all hotels in the world. Unfortunately, they were not very understanding. Also, the food is TERRIBLE! Whoever says the restaurant is a good restaurant must have never eaten good Italian food. Stick with the heavy meats and don't dare get the pasta.

Review 11：Wi-Fi was not available until skilled staff was called in seven hours after checkintime. The manager Egon Klammer blamed the local police for the inconvenience. Our room was very poorly furnished and the bathroom was a dark box-room. If we had not the worst room i feel sorry for other guests. If possible - choose another hotel.
