Review 1：The whirlpool wasn't hot sometimes.....

Review 7：clean service start to clean room before we left and removed out all our luggage we had there at 10 am spa is small when 20 people are in the pool some sauna room were cold. It was much better last year wifi worked on lobby well, it was not working on rooms, only cable internet was working but poor quality in the afternoon heating system was not working in one of our room lack of warming ski room cases, some locks there were not working

Review 9：WiFi is often loosing signal, which I found as a national tradition already in Italy. Breakfast is more or less ok, but it becomes very boring after the 4th day, some changes should be made.

Review 10：Stuff is very polite and helpful. Afternoon "marenda" from 4pm to 5pm is perfect for refreshment after the day long skiing. Underground garage included in the price, and also the lockers for keeping the ski equipment. Wellness part we didn't use, but the friends told is it's very much ok.Location is perfect, 150m to the ski lift, and just next to the biggest grocery store in town, plus a small shopping center in literally in the same building.
