Review 1：The opening hour of the wellness center should be prolonged but not only from 16-19. The very basic toilet is not matching the country house design.

Review 8：It was very hot, there is no possibility to change the temperature. Spa was crowdy (russian) and full of children - forget to be naked and relaxed in sauna. Swimig pool like in privat house, little too tiny for hotel. The staff ( except for barman) did not speak any language except for italian. Forget german, english and others. You will spend few minutes to explain what you want to eat, and besides taht, you will get something else... They even mistakes the water - still or sparkling is to hard to remember. The breakfest is good, but every day the same ham, chesse ang eggs, you will hate parma ham after 7 days. However if it is improved and staff spend the summer studing language I will come back )
Review 9：Excellent location, but to be honest, ski lifts are to fare to walk especially with children, for adult it is also little fare to walk, especially in ski boots. The hotel is situated in the quiet area, but very close to the city centre with shops and closed ( typicall itallian beetwen 15 - 18 ) restauranst Rooms are ok, and for dinner three dishes are served. The barman is very friendly, the nicest staff person in the hotel. Advantage is the ski room, and nearby parking( outside, not guarded unfortunnatly)
