Kamena Residence sells fast on our site. The Kamena Residence is located in Marina Di Ragusa about 1,000 feet from the sea.
It is a brand-new structure, consisting of 38 furnished vacation lodgings having 700 square feet, with a voluminous kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, attached to a spacious porch and a private yard for guests on the first floor, while on the second floor there is a panoramic balcony with a seaside view of the most beautiful tourist sites on the Hyblean coast.
Kamena Residence is a few miles from the most important late baroque cities in Val di Noto, some of them declared in 2000 a World Heritage Site by UNESCO: Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli, Ispica, Comiso.
Marina di Ragusa is full of archaeological sites to visit and has one of the most important museums in southeast Sicily.

Review 1：Pizzaria was closed for September. Walking back from beach/ restaurants is all uphill so tough (but worth it!) With buggy! Scalding water came out of taps on several occasions so be careful and electricity blew a few times.No baths, just showers in apartments.

Review 2：Great size apartments. Ground floor perfect for small kids. Garden in shade most of the day. We were there in September and had pool almost entirely to ourselves. Walking distance from beach, shops and restaurants. Cafe upstairs nice for morning coffee with lovely views.

Review 3：Lovely staff! Beautiful apartments! The modern and comfortable with a large terrace. A large parking. On the territory of a small restaurant with delicious pizza. Not far from the sea with a great sandy beach. On the way to the beach there are two small grocery stores and a lovely bakery. In three minutes the big supermarket. wi-fi is free. I recommend!

Review 6：None residents allowed to book pool parties. Far too many parties held in pool and surrounding areas, everyday day of our second week we left pool by 5pm because of overcrowding. Also really loud aerobics instructor telling children to move out of her way in pool, even though we were staying in accommodation! A shame.

Review 7：Fabulous location not too far from beach but in quiet enough location. Staff excellent, really friendly and helpful. Apartment well equipped and public areas extremely clean.

Review 10：Really well-equipped apartments. Upper level apartments have huge roof terrace with great views. Lovely pool. Be sure to ask the very helpful Carmelo for guides and brochures in English, most on display are in Italian.

Review 11：The pool is fantastic but can get very busy with people from outside of the complex which is annoying to the hotel guests. Luckily the staff were on hand to ensure we secured sun loungers as residents. One shower in each apartment didn't work well but it wasn't bad enough to report it

Review 13：Stayed here for one week in August 2014. Could not recommend highly enough. Santo and staff obliged with late arrival and late departure, taxis, and local information. Couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Great pool, bar and pizzeria. Thanks to all for a great week.

Review 15：Almost all. Special thanks to Santo for hospitality and his kind assistance. According to me, Kamena Residence is one of the best appartments with a swimming pool and other facilities in Marina di Ragusa.

Review 16：The grounds are well kept. The staff takes good care of the entire gated community area. Santo was very helpful to insure that we arrived and checked in. He communicated clearly via email and telephone to assist. The rooms had what we needed to feel comfortable and we enjoyed that patio, pool and grounds.

Review 17：Our first apartment had a really bad, damp/ mouldy smell. Really unbearable. The staff were very helpful, and the next day arranged a new apartment for us.

Review 30：Very modern territory, rooms, swimming pool. Our apartment had a roof terrace so always had a dinner there. The terrace has perfect sea view. Swimming pool was very large, large part for kids and had a life guard, so very safe for kids. WC and cafe next to the swimming pool. The residence was in closed territory so kids could walk around the territory safely. Definitely the place to return.

Review 31：It is a bit more than 300 metres to the sea. It is also up quite a steep hill. The staff of the pool bar couldn't get the TV up and running for the World Cup.

Review 33：Great location and friendly staff. They make gorgeous pica in the bar by the pool and there's no need to go to city. Decent pool . Well equipped large apartment with front and back gardens, even washing machine. Our little daughter said - it's heaven.

Review 38：Very nice and friendly staff. Very well situated (near the seaside and in the middle of a lot of sights). Very nice appartement with all comfort and a superb roof terrace. The weather was too cold to enjoy the pool, but it seems very clean and is very well situated.

Review 39：Very minor points - Not enough hot water for more than 1 and a bit showers. Pool not always available in early morning (by 9.30 am). Would have been nice to have more pillows and basic supplies of at least washing up liquid. No ice cube holder. Located next to busy road (but very good windows that sound proofed effectively.

I think it would be very different in the height of summer, when apparently the pool and pizzeria are open to the public.

Review 45：Appartments looks dirty and in need of redecoration. Bathroom stained and lime scale. Paint peeling off walls. Kitchen poorly equipped, no chopping board or knife for example. Ony one soft settee for 4 people. No restraunts/ games room open.
