Review 1：It accommodates bus tourism, which can be loud and overwhelming.

Review 2：We needed to be near the airport and looked for authentic Sicilian luxury. We had dinner next door at a wonderful Trattoria.

Review 3：One night they played very loud French dance music , which spoiled the tranquil and great background jazz music. Following day they put the loud speakers on for a while , but by request they turned it off to provide some adult peace . The young entertainers would do better in Spain 18_30 holidays.

Review 5：The location is amazing with, the scenery is breathtaking and the color of the sea is fabulous. What I liked most of all, however, is the extreme kindness and friendliness of the staff who work at Florio. I had some little trouble while at my holidays and the Hotel staff did their utmost to help me out. They did it all with a smile and a huge dose of 'Sicilian warm heart'! I am definitely coming back.

Review 14：This is a dream destination for French all inclusive mass tourists. Staff Was all about the French and French Was spoken/written everywhere. It seems that target group numero uno are French for this Hotel revenue wise so because we didn't have the all inclusive wrist band and were not French we felt lacking some service attitude from the staff.

Review 23：Advertised as close to the airport but it is not, 2 miles as the crow flies, 8.6 miles driving. Saying that, there don't seem to be any hotels close to Palermo airport.. Too expensive for the what it is, rooms are basic. Palermo is only 18 miles driving from the airport, had I known I would have stayed in Palermo.

Review 25：Taxi fare to-from airport from hotel was extremely high--E40 for a 10-minute ride-- and cost us more than the hotel room itself. Staff was not at all customer-friendly. Examples: Porter showed us to our room upon arrival but did not offer to help carry our bags. Bar staff did not come to our table to take an order, so we had to go to the bar to get a drink. Breakfast was to be included, but we received nothing, i.e. since we had an early departure, we asked for nothing more than two rolls to go, but staff would not accommodate us. Pool staff was folding up chairs before guests left for the afternoon. None of the staff smiled or were friendly. Bathroom was not clean. There was black mildew around the shower and mold between tiles. Yuck.
