Review 1：The restaurant was not so clean and the service very slow and not informed that good. The tour desks English was poor and the tour they sold us was also not that interesting.

Review 3：The staff pretend not to speak English at first while later on they would speak English to us. We booked a room at montaña magica but instead they gave us another room in the other complex because of a problem in the bathroom.

Review 5：They were doing maintenance work from early onwards, so no sleeping after 8.00! Wifi was down part of the time. Facilities were nice but not all operational (e.g. hot tubs in patio).

Review 7：The "Montana Magica" is basically a part of the past in the luxurious and large hotel facility. To the point, don't stay here, stay in the Nothofagus part (it's all connected). I was sold by the incredible design of the MM. However, once inside, you basically can't see anything on the outside. MM no longer has reception, restaurant, bar, or anything really. Parking was difficult to find because we were directed to turn back to the Nothofagus for the check in, which didn't make sense, but I got it after. Turns out the MM was constructed first, then years later Nothofagus, and everything was moved over to Nothofagus. Tourist now pull in to the MM area and line up for photos and I even saw some go in to take pictures. Like I said, there were times when even the entrance to MM was open with no workers keeping a look out for guests. The MM and Nothofagus are connected by a long hallway about 2 blocks long, just stay at the Nothofagus! Leave the MM for the pictures...
