Review 1：WiFi internet is a joke!? Why Italian hotels pretend tgey offer wifi when it works (sometimes) only near the reception.

Review 3：WiFi as usually is at best sporadic in Italy, even near the reception in the evening. If you depend on WiFi, make sure you wake up at 5h or find some other solution!

Review 6：We arrived at 1.00 am in the morning, very tired, with 2 dogs after driving for 24hrs. The staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms were excellent and the beds very comfy. Great breakfast. Could not fault anything.

Review 12：This hotel is categorized as a four star and it is definitely NOT even close to that! For starters, the room we stayed made my husbands allergies act up terribly. He's allergic to cats and dogs and we asked them if they could please move us because we had reason to believe there had been an animal in the room. They could not move us because they were completely booked,...ok, I get that but nonetheless, i feel as if they should have cleaned the room better to begin with if they are going to allow pets! The bathroom had mold growing along the edges of where the caulking is! The towels are not like normal towels people are used to, they use what felt like table cloth material as towels! Another thing, They mention an indoor pool as an amenity but they don't tell you that they charge 10 euro per person to use it! That would have been 40 euro for my family of four!! All in all, I really wish we would have stayed somewhere else! Not a good experience at all and I was glad to leave!

Review 14：The hotel is not hotel sporting it is hotel Serena, so not easy to find!! We phoned for directions and even then they didn't tell me the hotel was Serena . Didn't show on my sat nab took us over an hour to find, it was only when I went to another hotel to ask directions did I find out it was the Serena hotel !

Review 16：The booking was made for a hotel called 'Sporting'. However thishotel is closed down and located behind the hotel which is taking thebookings. This hotel is called 'Selene' and not 'Siena'.This confusion caused problems with locating the correct hotel. The name'Sporting' should be removed from the 'Booking .com'sight. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Review 18：It was just 2 stars instead of 4 stars...we had problems with toilet machine..the accomodation is next to metal manufactory...the moldy walls in the corridors...it was simple a joke for this price..it would be great for half of this price

Review 20：The hotel is in 2 section and the part that is called sporting hotel isclosed in the witer time. So its rather difficult to find the hotelunder this name. The front section is not called sport hotel. The foodwas avarage in the restaurant and I suggest the restaurants in the townclose by. The room was rather dated with old furniture. Nothing specialabout this hotel except the location. But I was informed the sport hotelwas with more facility and newer built.

Review 21：We booked a quadruple room - dont make that mistake there. We got a tiny room. We only wanted to go to zoomarine, but that was closed due to a non weekend day. So at least I thought the hotel pool would be nice for kids - but it was closed even though it was hot enough because "the season was over". It was mid september. Overall, possibly a different room , or two rooms instead of one and an open pool would have made a big difference.

Review 22：The breakfast was good. The pool also seemed very nice except it was closed. It is just 20 mnts drive to zoomarine.

Review 23：The name of the hotel is Siena but in "booking" it appears "Sporting" which implicate the navigating to the hotel. We were asking assistance from locals to find the hotel and nobody knew "Hotel Sporting".

Review 25：it was a bit warm to sleep urstairs although airconditioning on maximum and the sofa bed was unconfortable.

Review 26：It is in the center. They were flexible. We could sleep 5 persons in one room and 1 in the other although the rooms were intended for 3 persons per room.

Review 27：The service at the reception not at all helpful, the staff are diffident to a point of rudeness.The fact that we ended up in a cramped room with 4 beds instead of the apartment with kitchenette that we had booked, which we just had to accept because their booking system has got it wrong. The lack of information available in the hotel regarding bus times, train times etc.. and the dismissive attitude of the staff. I do not know how they can possibly justify their 4 stars, this is not a 4 star hotel. The decoration in the room is becoming tarnished it is ready for a refit. Having to pay 4 euros for a swimming cap that they insisted on in the pool. The rip off taxis from the station 25 to 30 Euros for a 10-15 minute taxi ride. Do not arrive by train unless you know the bus time from there, it is in the middle of nowhere in St Palomba, why it is called Pomezia station is beyond me, it is an unwalkable distance away from the hotel on a busy ring road where prostitutes sit at the side of the road.The disappearing shuttle bus service that suddenly wasn't available when my son arrived a few days after ourselves, another rip off taxi fare.This hotel is definitely not one to stay at if you are visiting Rome if you are relying on public transport and if you want to have decent service. Definitely one to avoid!

Review 28：The garden with pool. The seating in the inside bar area. The restaurant food in the evening, at least the waiters were quite pleasant!
