Review 4：Staff were very friendly, polite and accomodating. The rooms themselves are very tired and need a refurb, however for the price ($89 including breakfast) it was still value for money. If you are traveling on a budget and don't mind an older motel this motel will suit.

Review 5：The buildings are quite old and drab(but clean and comfortable enough). There was a slight odour emanating from a drain in the bathroom.

Review 7：The staff were awesome. They couldn`t do enough to make our stay enjoyable. They were all so happy and friendly. The pool was so relaxing. The temperature was perfect, it was salted and there was lots of equipment to relax on. A continental breakfast was included in the price which was great value. We will definitely return.

Review 12：The TV's viewing angle is limited, and the wall bracket isn't adjustable. The complimentary milk stocked in the bar fridge is the UHT long-life variety, not fresh milk.

Review 13：The rooms are basic and somewhat dated, but very comfortable. The walls are solid, you get a garden view which maintains privacy, the bed and pillows were excellent, and the bathroom clean and adequate. The staff are warm and friendly, and the value for money is outstanding.

Review 23：Motel is quite a distance from the CBD so you need to drive to just about everything. Motel can be difficult to spot at night. Got a $60.00 parking ticket in CBD. Welcome to Echuca!

Review 24：One of the best designed rooms we have stayed in, and even better if you stay a few days. Comfortable bed. Light breakfast included. Set back from highway so road noise is minimal.

Review 27：The air conditioning needs updating, the old window rattler didn't work and the big fan on the wall pushed air around but with it being a muggy night was uncomfortable. There was no fan or aircon of any kind in the second bedroom so the kids suffered a bit.

Review 41：The motel is on a highway a little away from the key tourist attractions. Fortunately the traffic noise is not too bothersome through the night. It would have been nice to have a reading light for each bed. We only realised after the office had closed that we hadn't been given the wifi password.
