Review 4：For a 3 star hotel the room was modern and clean and the service and breakfast was excellent. I was traveling with my mum and 18 month old daughter. The crib for my daughter was beautifully made up and the staff were a fantastic help. I would definitely recommend it.

Review 7：no soundproofing was woken several times through the night by people using toilets, you could here everything, so very little sleep then woken at 5.30 by people in next room having a conversation that lasted till after 7 a.m.

Review 12：We booked a disabled room. It was a bit cramped to manoeuvre a wheelchair. The bathroom would be improved with a few grab handles. Also, the washbasin could not be accessed in a wheelchair; washing, brushing teeth had to be done in the bidet.

Review 18：Such a nice hotel, modern and pristine. Breakfast was amazing, and a 2 minute walk to shops, restaraunts and the lake. The 2 women at the desk were so so helpful, when we checked in one of them helped us with ideas of what to do and on checkout the other lady was so friendly, got us train times printed off, booked taxis, stored our bags whilst we went out. No complaints all very very good.

The room was modern, clean, I especially loved allthe extra mood lighting, and I had a balcony overlooking the lake.Valentina was super helpful and gave me maps, dining suggestions, evenlooked up kayak rentals for me although I could have done it myself :) Ican't recall the owner's name (thought I wrote it down!) but hewas also very kind and helpful. There is a little bar and lounge in thehotel or you can sip wine on their patio. Breakfast was abundant withchoices and fresh coffee. The town center is a quick 3-5 min walk fromhotel, and beach just a few minutes further. I wanted to stay an extranight because I loved this place so much, but was unable due to thetiming of my flight home. This was such a wonderful discovery andrelaxing place to stay! I will come back!

Review 64：Welcoming personal, one step from old town, good sight from balcony to Lake Garda and mountain. Personal gave a town map with information about beach, restorants, transport to Malcesine. They gave a key that you could come and leave when you want.

Review 67：Too basic to be so expensive, I would say it is a hostel not hotel. Interior is dated and tired. Air conditioner looks like from 60's, not sure if it was working or just making noise. It was impossible to take shower without making a mini-flood in a bathroom.

Review 69：The hotel is on quite a busy street and there was some road noise. The worst problem was the air con unit as the cover was barely hanging on and it rattled very badly. There was an intermittent buzzing noise every 10 mins which we could not find a reason for. We tried turning it off but the room quickly became unbearably hot. (obviously we don't know if other rooms had a similar problem).Also as there are no staff in the hotel late evening and we were woken up by other noisy guests in the early hours of the morning as there was no-one monitoring this..
