Review 1：The room we had was comfortable, clean and location was perfect. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We would highly recommended this hotel to all our family and friends. We also had a view from our room overlooking Mt Etna.

Review 3：Very friendly and helpful staff with lots of information about the area. Spoke excellent English. Food in the restaurant was very good. Good location for ascent of Etna and not far from Taormina and the coast.

Review 10：Everything was good. The staf was not as vriendly as we expexted from te Booking reviews. With an exception for the very helpful and friendly woman, we don't know her name, but she is originally from Germany.
Review 11：WiFi system is very poor. 3G (no 4G/LTE) works also for data at the hotel, but it is not fast but an alternative if you have a data plan.
Review 12：Even though this is a 3 star hotel it is better than that in many ways. The food is excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Review 14：I didn't like the lack of sliced meats and cheeses at breakfast: there were lots of pastries and fruit, but I prefer protein, and it's rare to have an Italian breakfast buffet without this option. I didn't like the fact that pictures made the hotel room look quite a bit spiffier than it actually was. There wasn't anything really wrong with the hotel room, it just seemed more like IKEA furnishings than the quality sleek and modern versions that I had in mind from the photos. If the pricepoint had been a little bit lower, I would not complain about this, but I expected slightly higher-end fixtures at the given room rate.

Review 16：The food in the restaurant of the hotel was delicious and the owner of the hotel and his employees were very helpful and friendly. We only stayed there for a night but we enjoyed it a great deal.
