Review 1：The reception staff were rude and short. It felt like there was a lot of staff on duty but no one seemed to be doing anything. If you like a good breakfast go somewhere else. They selection and quality of food was very poor. It took over 45 minutes to get a cup of tea, in the end we just left and got one on the street. We organised our own taxi and the reception staff were less than impressed. The best part of our stay was checking out. If you are a female travelling on your own do not stay here. I was moked, laughed at and ignored when my husband wasn't around. Very rude !!!!

Review 2：The door man and the cleaning staff were very nice and welcoming . Good shower with plenty of hot water and good air conditioning.

Review 3：The facilities were really good. Being a relatively new hotel, the room was spick and span. We could get hair dryer which we had not carried with us. Food at restaurant was also delicious. On the whole , a marvelous stay.

Review 6：Staff were cold and unwelcoming. There were loud banging noises (maintenance?) into the early hours and lots of noise from other guests. Breakfast was supposed to be from 7.30 am but started late so I had to skip it to get to the airport on time.

Review 10：We booked two rooms and one room alloted was small and another one was big as we were exhausted while travelling and we did'nt asked to change .Already before checking in we confirmed through mail about the checkin and check out time,still at the time of check out hotel staff asked for the extra one day stay rent because of check in time and at last with the clarrification and we have to show them the mail they sent to us regarding the time, however after all the discomfort the staff was cordial enough to accept their mistake and change our bill.

Review 11：Its location is superb ,it is in the centre of the trivandrum city and if u wish to go any where without any problem you will get auto and taxi,station is near by hardly 10 mins and airport is also near hardly it would take 15 to 20 mins. Breakfast options in buffet was good and food was too tasty
