Review 1：I loved the personal touch of the owners. They went over my expectations with the lovely breakfast menu and many home made dishes. We have arrived late, hungry and tired and the owner called and suggested her favorite places to eat. We picked one and it was very nice.
Review 2：Unfortunately there was an annoying humming noise I think coming from a bakery below our room,it did disturb us late at night.This is the only reason I scored the comfort low. I scored the facilities low because I felt the suite could of had a few more things like drinking cups for water,hooks to hang towels in the bathroom,more hangers. Just small things.
Review 3：The owner has done a really good job converting these two floors in a 1700 building. She has a lovely shabby chic style that I really like. The breakfast room was delightful as was the delicious fresh fruit. We loved the location right in the very heart of Chiavari.
Review 4：Really bad parking facilities. We paid 70 euro for 3 days!! Landlady wrote before arrival that there was parking space so we were not prepared for the extra cost. Besides the landlady estimated the cost at 36 euro. It was almost double up!!

Review 7：This property is without doubt the most beautiful accommodation we have ever stayed at in Italy, or indeed anywhere. However, the amazing rooms are the second best thing about staying here, the first being the owners. Massimo and Jolanda quite obviously love their property as it is kept immaculately clean but more over they love their guests and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is simply amazing, fresh produce, tomatoes and figs in particular, some home made pastries, the freshest breads, fresh fruit, etc. When we stayed here we were with my brother who is a Special Needs adult - and he enjoyed his stay so much that he actually learnt to say Ciao in the morning at breakfast to them, this was quite a feat as John isn't wholly receptive to a lot of adults but he took to Massimo and Jolanda so much he greeted them with the only Italian word he mastered. I would dearly love to keep this place as my secret but it is too good not to share and if you ever get the opportunity I would highly recommend a stay at Il Sogno Maison de Charme - 10 out of 10 for every aspect of the whole experience. I will definitely be returning here to this stunning, very reasonable, accommodation which has the best hosts in Italy!.
Review 8：I really would have difficulty thinking of anything that we didn't like about this amazing property - maybe the WiFi could be a little hit and miss but even at that the owner didn't rest until he got something sorted.
Review 9：The hospitality of the owners was just flawless, this couple obviously love their hotel and their guests. The rooms were FANTASTIC! Breakfast was excellent and a lot of the food was grown by the owners e.g. tomatoes, figs and a lot of the pastries were baked by them also

Review 11：This was my favourite accommodation that we stayed in on our tour of Italy. The apartment was very spacious, clean & comfortable. Fridge well stocked, quiet at night, lovely lounge to relax. Plenty of choice for breakfast with some homemade products which were delicious! The couple who own the apartments were so welcoming, friendly & we got some good laughs! They helped recommend places to visit, restaurants & provided us with maps, information. They were excellent hosts. We would return to stay here as this place was amazing & Chiavari is wonderful. A perfect base for visiting Portofino, Cinque Terre & many more. Less busy & easier to find car parking!

Review 13：Loved the location but it was a little noisy. Air conditioning would be good. The breakfast was delicious and the hospitality excellent. The room was so much more than we expected. We look forward to returning.
Review 14：Wifi was poor. No connection to the Internet and when it arrived the next morning it was very slow. That might have been because we were on the top floor.

Review 16：The absence of aircond. Really hot days in Chiavari and they are not aloud to place aircond machines on the fasade (historical building). we had 5 fans placed in our rooms so they really did all they could.

Review 18：We rented both the two bedroom and the one bedroom and it was difficult to decide which was better! Easy link to Cinque Terre and Portofino. Fabulous accommodation, great breakfast and amazing hosts. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Review 21：We felt like we have moved to the apartment where I would stay till the end of my life. Very comfortable, cozy and modern apartment in historical building in a pedestrian city center. Owners are amazing: very welcoming, caring and friendly; they make everything to make their guests feel happy. Breakfast is delightful! Review 24：Rather hot, fans at very least needed - the weather was exceptionally hot and with the windows open the street noise was overpowering till well after midnight. no lift can be a bit of a problem for older years above the first floor.

Comfortable beds and roomy 'apartment' 2 bedrooms and living room self contained and stylishly furnished, good bathroom and cloakroom with modern fittings all in lovely town house with arched painted ceilings . excellent double glazing and central heating so must be cosy in winter. Good breakfast served with other guests from 2 other suites.
Review 26：The wifi connection wasn't very good. We got it OK in the breakfast room but not upstairs in our suite. The outside area/town isn't as nice as others, but since we were only really at the B&B to eat and sleep it was not a big deal to us.

It was nice to be able to spread out and unwind after a long day of driving and a long day of sight seeing/hiking. The breakfast is great! The Focaccia amazing. The couple running the B&B were very friendly & accommodating. Loved smelling the fresh bread seep into the apartment early in the morning from the bakery right next door. Easy walk to the train to ride into Cinque Terre.

Review 29：We loved it! The owners don't really speak very good English, but that didn't matter - we understood each other well. We stayed just for one night but it was lovely! The apartments are incredibly stylish and it feels like.. a little like home. Breakfast was served in a room with just 3 tables, decorated beautifully and was so tasty.

Review 31：Everything! The style of the rooms was romantic, with ornate trompe l'oeil ceilings and every room was beautifully accessorized with a mixture of antique and modern pieces. We had a 2 bedroom suite with a lounge area and 2 bathrooms, all were very comfortable and amazing value for money. The proprietors could not have been more helpful, personally showing my husband the way to the secure car park we'd booked via the hotel, and helping carry our bags to the hotel from the car park. The breakfast was delicious including freshly squeezed orange juice and a range of sweet and savoury local produce. It was a delight to stay here.
