Review 1：Even though it was shown on their website that the restaurant was open, when we arrived down for dinner we were told that the restaurant was closed for Christmas!!!!!! Your website has shown our review at 7.5 without any of my input. The fields were already fillled in and we couldn't change them - We would score it a 6.

Review 6：The room was comfortable with a large window to let in natural light. The staff were extreamly welcoming and helpful. There are a selection of eateries across the road. Theey had products on tap. Good hot water. Comfortable bed. Aircon and heating. Room service avaiable. Hairdryer. Washing machine and dryer.
Review 7：The only worry was the size of the shower stall in unit 2 , as the doors are not built for the larger people. The opening was only about 250mm.

Review 9：It's not a bad experience but previous guests switched off phone and removed handset from the base. I just connected it and reported problems to the desk. They fixed it while I was out and where fantastic!
Review 10：One of the first things I check for is smell of the room and it was beautiful and the most important finest detail was supplying tissues for the guest. Ticked boxes for me!

Spacious room with kitchen facilities. I accidentally left a book in the room, easily collected on our way back through Cooma.

Review 69：The room was set up for us when we arrived, after an almost 5 hour drive from Sydney it was a relief to show up to a heated room and comfy beds. It was a very brief stay, I wish we could have stayed there longer. The staff were very flexible with our late arrival and early check out too. A very smooth booking process. Thank you again!

Although the bathroom & fittings are dated, they are in excellent condition and for only $118 per night during ski season - you can't be unhappy about that!
