Review 1：out of season its a bit cold in the common areas the extra blankets and heating in the rooms was good,the address was incorrect and had trouble finding the place booking .com need to update this

Review 3：The pool (wich was one of the main reasons we choosed this b&b) was not finished, wich was not said on the website. The flushing of the toilets made a lot of noise. It awaked us at night. The staff was friendly, but spoke hardly Englisch, so communication was difficult. The wifi sometimes worked, sometimes didn't. The dinner was fine, but more expensive than we had in the restaurants earlier on our trip. The road to the b&b is pritty steep and not that good for your car. Its nice to have such a good view on the lake, but it is a real tour by car tot get down every time you want to go to the lake or a town. Next time we rather be in a b&b down by the lake.

Review 9：The view of lake bolsena was amazing. We got a little lost as our gpstook us down an unpaved road and there weren't any signs. However ifyou were to get there from Blosena town (we came from the oppositedirection the first time round), the signs are clearly marked.
