Review 1：wifi connected but did not work. Ac was not cold, no way to adjust it. So it stayed the same temp which was almost warm.

Review 2：The only redeeming quality of this hotel is its proximity to the port for day tripping to Elba.

Review 3：Filthy, dirty surroundings, litter everywhere. not pleasant walking the dog near the hotel. The restaurant was closed so I had to drive into town. Not a very pleasant town for a single lady to walk around in and find somewhere to eat.

Review 5：Air conditioning was confusing and hard to use = hot in the room all night. Bed was very tough, so if you're a big guy and need some softness, maybe these beds aren't best for you.

Review 8：if you arrive by car and consider taking the ferry to island of Elba, you are very close to the ferry terminal as the hotel is located in the Port. The rooms are comfortable and the food is very nice.

Review 11：Welcome to the Hotel California? Like something that fell through a time warp. A bit seedy and run down with a stunning view of the oil refinery. Don't expect the bar to open late.

Review 13：The hotel was too far from the centre of Piombino,the towels were not changed during our five night stay,the standard of hygiene was very poor,and once you had opened the bedroom window you could walk straight out on the roof and if you had young kids it would be a major safety hazard
