Review 1：Very hard pillow!! Apartment for 7 people with 3 bedrooms - no information online, that one bedroom can be entered only through another bedroom. No privacy if you travel with friends. No free parking.

Review 2：Relax area and saunas. Good location in Moena, skibus stop in front of the hotel. Responcive staff in the reception.

Review 3：One of the reason based on what we (big group pf people with 5 small kids) decided to stay at this hotel was a sauna. It is so convenient after skiing to go to sauna. And it was extremely upleasant to know only at the process of check-in that it is not allowed for kids under 16 to visit sauna. This is not acceptable approach from the hotel. Any limits can exist but all inofrmation should be communicated before booking. Poor Wi-Fi.

Review 6：It's our 2nd stay in the Adler hotel, and we enjoyed it again. The apartments are spacious with excellent hotel facilities. Also the location is really convenient almost in the center of Moena.

Review 7：The room was not properly clean and equipped. The housekeeperclean up my room for free when I asked. But I asked some kitchen stuff to the receptionist and never received that. Very little room for 4 people . The wifi room was not accessible. Mini-club for kids was in a very little room with just one girl (Martina was very nice) all the day . Spa and swimming pool is really nice. Poor level of reception : no touristic information about what to see and what to do , we found touristic information in APT office in Moena. We took some time to understand that we are able to receive from the hotel the Val Di Fassa Card...for free, they never say that at the reception. Finally the price was to high. quality and facilities , were not for a 4 stars" apart hotel .

Review 16：We stayed 3 nights at adler family; we booked the apartment on the 5thfloor which is spacious and large enough for 3 people. The kitchen iswell equipped for cooking and cleanliness is adequate. The receptionstaff is very friendly and they worked hard to meet our needs. The hotelis primarily a family place (pool, games ...). It is also enjoyable towalk to the pretty village of Moene. We recommend this property.

Review 17：I would have preferred for the staff to remove garbage from the unit and not having to do it ourselves and did not like the idea to clean the kitchen and remove all garbage on the last date especially if you already stayed there for 14 days without any staff cleaning the unit during that time.

Review 18：The location was excellent especially if you do not have a car and have to rely on public transport and ski bus stop. After a day of skiing the spa facility was such a great bonus. Our unit was small for a family of 4 but if you are out for skiing and then have the option to use the spa, the limited space does not matter.
